Love Dutch Bros but this location is in such a hurry they don?t put your lid on, causing scalding hot liquid to dump all over... you and your rental car. Now I?m stuck paying a rental cleaning fee, I?m covered in my drink and on my way to get on anairplane?.but hey, they gave me a free drink ticket?.that makes up for it right? Read more
Staff allowed a car to cut 4-5 cars in line today. When brought to both the driver and the staff?s attention, they not only did... nothing to resolve the situation, but as the driver talked rudely and negatively about the cars who voiced concern, they jokedwith him and the assistant manager even fist bumped him from the window. It was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Theexcuse was, that there are two lines that weave in. That would be understandable, however, there was no indication that therewere two lines. Had any of the other 6 cars in line known that, I?m sure we all would have lined up accordingly. Instead it wassaid ?he?s a regular so he knows?. I guess he knows how to take advantage of a situation and cut all of the other people in lineby ?weaving? a line only he knows about into ours. He knew what he was doing. I?m assuming this sign flat on the ground wassupposed to tell us there were 2 lines. It clearly shows all these other cars also in a single file line bc no one is aware of asecond one. The person in front of me drove off after being cut. I would certainly not hold the actions of another customeragainst a business, but there?s no excuse for the unprofessional way the staff handled the situation. Read more
As a coffee lover this place was way better than Starbucks!! Employees were WAY nicer, WAY friendlier. I don't really have much... to speak in it considering everyone has their own opinions but, they do give you the choice of hot, blended, or iced. I wish Ihad one of these back home! Read more
I find it very hard to continue to go to a place where you have to wait 25 minutes for a drink More than once. I understand that... things are high volume, but it seems to baffle me that you have to wait 25 minutes for one drink. No place. Is that good tocontinue to wait that long. Not to mention everybody is messing around and not doing the job that they were hired to do. Seemslike a bunch of clowns got hired. Oh and I forgot to add The drink wasn't even correct. No shocker there. You're spending $8 ona drink that comes out wrong!! Read more
Coffee is mediocre but the staff is so friendly and upbeat. Very rarely do I wait more than a few minutes here
