Worst customer service at a Dunkin I've ever had. One time a manager argued with me about not putting mocha in my caramel... coffee, even though you could clearly see mocha in the bottom. Another time, they made me come in for a mobile order instead ofgiving it to me in drive thru and then told me some lame excuse about wait times (there was literally one car behind me). Thislocation needs new customer service training. Every other location in the Springs is awesome. Read more
Sadly this location has gone down hill since it opened. The quality of the drinks are sub-par. And the assortment of donuts... avaliable is disappointing regardless of the time of day. The consistency of the quality of the food available is disappointingas well. You can order soubles of the same thing, and each will taste differently. So there is no consistency when it comes tothe quality of the food. And sometimes the cashiers are pushy when it comes to ordering. It seems that either the owner ormanager fails to maintain the quality that DD has established over years of business. It's cheaper and better quality topurchase at a gas station than at this location. They should pull this franchise from a terrible management/owner. Read more
I?m constantly disappointed with my coffee order. I ask each time for cream and sugar however I never seem to have sugar in my... coffee or if it?s there it?s sitting at the bottom and I?m not provided a straw to stir. I?m not one to cause problems but atthis point the coffee issue is reoccurring. I gave two stars because I like the food selection but the coffee has been acontinued disappointment over the last few months. Please be mindful of this. I tried the sweet black pepper croissant breakfast sandwich. Bacon, egg, Swiss cheese. That was so good! My new breakfast stop.... And of course the delicious donuts and coffee. Read more
Very, very disappointed. Ordered a dozen ASSORTED donuts and 50ct ASSORTED Munchkins. My definition of ASSORTED must be... different than theirs. I actually drove out of my way to go to this location because I've had terrible service at the one onBijou and Circle. Now, this location has been disappointing. Guess I'll stop going to Dunkin Donuts and go to Amy's, Hurtz, orKrispy Kreme. Oh, and they were gross. The munchkins were cold and wet, and the regular donuts were super greasy with noflavor. My dog wouldn't eat them. First time in my life I've EVER thrown donuts away, after spending $28 on them. Read more
Amazing clean store. I came early in the morning so there was quick service and order my maple bars, they were delicious.
???? the donuts were stale and instead of a raised chocolate donut i was just given a chocolate donut. If a store is closing (... my fault ) if you're going to hand out stale food don't hand it out or at least discount it. Instead of giving the payingcustomer " something " for their money state " We're all out of that selection. " We won't be back and i don't recommend. Read more
For almost $11 I got a semi warm breakfast sandwich (turkey egg and cheese muffin) and a half full small peppermint mocha latte... and no napkins. They never give out napkins. Never! Read more
