Despite being really busy and only having one person on staff I was taken care of quickly and with warmth. The girl on staff... was new and a little overwhelmed because of the amount of customers but she kept on task with a great attitude and a genuinesmile. I would've given this location 5 stars because normally they're good. However the last 2 times my coffee has been watered down,... i order an ice coffee and i can literally count the ice cubes.. Window worker didn't seem too familiar with items, she waspolite but i order food and enjoy the hot sauce they offer she said they didn't have hot sauce when i could see a box on thefront counter. But because of the line behind me wrapping around building i just let it go. Still will return just hope forbetter service in the future. Read more

I love Dunkin? doughnuts but this one has some employees that just don?t want to work there. The one who took my order was doing... a sigh after every item I ordered saying in an tone is that all. While we were ordering for our family that traveled across 2states we needed coffee. There was extra extra sweetener in my drink and my wife?s drink wasn?t even filled to the top. I feltvindictiveness from the employee who did not appear to be happy with us being there. I was met with this sign in the window.That I will link the image. This is not how to run a great franchise like Dunkin?. This particular employee has a short haircut(black hair) and is male Has earrings. We haven?t had this kind of poor service in a while. We know this employees actions donot reflect the owners more than likely. Just want to bring this to your attention. That way appropriate action should and canbe taken. I?ve had Dunkin doughnuts there in the past and usually there was great service and good people. That guy is a badapple. I would have to agree with all of the 1 star reviews. I used to go to this location and it was great, long lines but that's... cause it was so great. Now I pull right up and it's cause I think alot of people stopped going to this location. It shouldprobably be closed down. They are always out of items, which I cannot believe that when I'm there at 7am. I have asked formuffins for the past 6 months and they are always out. I asked what time you have to get there to get a muffin and all of asudden they have every flavor??? Strange!!! I'm not sure what happened to this place but any other location is on top of it,especially the Dublin location. They deserve the award of the year! It's out of my way but I will go there every morning nowbecause they have everything and they are pretty fast. I would recommend more people to go to that location. I feel for theseemployees that are maybe not trained right and need a job and are trying but something needs fixed here. Read more

So I went to this location more than once prior to writing a review as I truly was hoping my first few visits were a fluke.... Sadly this location has let me down each time I have went. I have gotten old, sad, stale donuts in the morning time more thanonce. Which when you only grab a couple kinda make them stand out. Fortunately I have had one out of the ones I have purchasedthat was fresh which is why I didn't go with a 1 star review. I have also ordered iced lattes that are basically given to mewith very little flavor and mostly ice. This location was on my way to work so super convenient.... but I think if I ever wantdonuts or lattes I will go elsewhere. Read more

This is honestly the most average Dunkin? location I?ve ever been to. The workers are super polite, and the coffee is... surprisingly pretty consistent, but the food is a bit lacking. The donuts are never quite frosted right and the sprinkles arealways lacking. The hot food is always hot though, and they do have some mean hash browns. Dunkin? Donuts is literally the worst place to go for coffee. If they make your drink correctly, it?s outstanding, but nine... times out of 10 you?re going to get the wrong drink or you?re going to get a drink made poorly, by a worker that really doesn?tcare about their job. We repeatedly get drinks that don?t taste right we never go consistently and get a drink that is the samethat we ordered the day before, but we continue to go and give them a chance after chance. Today I went to the location onAustin Bluffs I ordered through the Mobile app I ordered 10 munchkins and a small caramel craze iced latte and a medium caramelcrazed iced latte made with oat milk. When I get there the order is not ready, they say that they don?t have any old milk canthey use almond milk instead, I say OK that?s fine. I get up to the window she handed me the caramel craze iced latte, it has nowhip cream or the caramel on top. She then handed me the almond milk iced latte which does have whip cream and the caramel ontop. I asked her if she can add whip cream to my caramel craze since that?s how it?s supposed to be served and she looked at meweird like I ordered it wrong and then goes and does it. And then after she brings a drink she says thank you goodbye withoutgiving me my munchkins. I let her know hey I had an order of munchkins she goes and makes those. While she?s getting those I?mlooking at the almond milk drink and it?s completely white. It?s just milk it?s all milk no caramel no coffee. I had alreadypulled off and on my way to work so I call back to the store and speak to the lady that made the drinks. She tells me theingredients and tells me they should be make correctly blah blah blah but there?s no way there?s espresso in my drink when it?s100% white.
