I came on a day where a few things were going wrong for the location (donuts hadn't arrived that morning, gate hadn't been... unlocked, etc). The staff though, specifically Taylanna, were so kind and accommodating during a busy rush. Taylanna never oncelost the smile on her face as she helped customer after customer. It's the best customer service I've received at Dunkin Donuts.I hope that the company knows what a valuable employee they have!! Read more
I think I was just frustrated because I didn?t realize it was in the great lodge. Also I went to use my gift card but they don?t... accept it. They gave me warm and not hot coffee. They gave me the wrong cream cheese for my bagel as well. I was just superdisappointed... When you work anywhere you should always take pride and ensure that you are serving your customers good orders. Read more
I entered Dunkin donuts because I had time to burn and had nothing else to do. I went in and was greeted by a nice smiling... employee and offered to take my order. I ordered and everything was perfect. The coffee was just right. The donuts were fresh assomeone can ask for and we're so delicious I ended up buying 12 more and gave them out to homeless people. Definitely a goodDunkin donuts experience and hope all other experiences with this corporation. I recommend and would give more than 5 stars ifpossible. Read more
Coffee was good, but the staff was not attentive. My daughter has type 1 diabetes and asked for a sugar free drink. We are... always very attentive and repeat that request more than once. She thought the drink tasted sweet but drank it anyway and endedup with an extremely high blood sugar. Not cool! Thank God she has an insulin pump or we would have ended up in the ER! Read more
Quite possibly the worst service I've ever had in my life. What kind of a donut shop doesn't have milk? One nice employee... tried to offer me a cup of milk but the other employees yelled at her and told her they couldn't do that. Rude staff. Sat thereand talked about how they didn't want to give me my coffees right in front of my face after biting my head off. Will literallynever go to this location again.
