I visited this location this morning. I left about 15 minutes ago. It felt like the staff was bothered by people coming in.... Didn?t seem friendly. When we got there, we stood there for a minute, deciding what we wanted then walked up to the cashregister. There was a guy standing there that seemed like he was training a brunette girl. He literally stood there, ignored us,while texting. And let us wait for the brunette girl to finish packaging a customers order before coming to us. I am not sure ifhe was off the clock or if he had a family emergency or anything. I understand those things. But it makes more sense to go standin the back and do what you need to do. Not make customers feel ignored that are standing right there in front of you. I alsoattempted to order the Mint Hot Green Tea and the brunette girl said ? I don?t think we have that?. Mind you, it seemed that theguy was training the girl so it?s very plausible that she legit didn?t know. I understand being out of stock of those but itjust felt like she didn?t care. She didn?t bother checking with anybody else nor did she try to suggest something else that wasin stock. Regardless, the item was on their menu so I am sure that it?s served in normal circumstances. It was just not apleasant experience and I hope that maybe it was just a one-off for this location. Read more

This Dunkin is always great. Never had a bad experience here. Great staff ( although I've never seen someone twice but I don't... go that often ????) friendly and quick. Always nice to my kids too. Read more

I placed a Doordash at this location and according to staff they didn't get a proper truck order and the bagels that I did order... they could have given to me had they properly trained the new person making them this is ridiculous if it's someone's first daythey need to observe and not do the job first this is ridiculous. The manager christina was badmouthing the president when I walked in, saw me, and ran to the back. Another long haired guy came... out to make my drink, sandwich, and take my order all by himself. The floors were mopped and the chairs were on the tables with2 hours of operation left! I guess I'll go sit somewhere else! Read more

No Loyalty - I eat lunch at this Dunkin Donuts almost every day, literally, between 12:45 and 1:00PM daily. A very simple and... quick order: a grilled ham and cheese, a drink, and usually a couple donuts if they have any left (one for me and one to takehome for my son). Today, December 22, I arrived at 1:02PM because I got stuck in traffic. They close at 1:00PM. When I went tothe door and pulled on it, it was locked, that's when I realized it was 1:02. The shift supervisor, Christina, was beginning tomop the floor, which is not a problem because half the time when I get there, they have already mopped and set the chairs up onthe tables. When Christina saw me she came to the door, looked at her phone, to evidently check the time, and gave me multiple"throat slashing" signs while saying, "We're closed! We're closed!", then turned around an went back to mopping. There was nomistaking who I was, I wear a company shirt and drive a company vehicle. When I am in for lunch, I often wait to be served, inaddition, I often tell them to wait on others that are in a bigger hurry than me. Well, today all of that was forgotten and Iunderstand it was after 1PM and past closing time. Every day they are scurrying to get out of there like people off a burningship, and they are under no obligation to go "out of their way", but a little leniency and better customer service could havesaved a loyal and daily customer. It's no wonder they are constantly turning over employees with this level of loyalty. I wentnext door to Subway, they wanted to take my money, which was quicker and less money than what I spend daily at Dunkin, and nowthey have a daily customer. Read more

I did an online ordered for two Beyond Sausage croissants, one regular sausage plus donuts. When I got there, I looked in the... bags to make sure that they had labeled the croissant sandwiches which they did not. I asked if they had stickers to put inthem to identify (which they typically do) and they said that they can't do that. I asked if they had a marker to put a "V" onthe vegetarian ones for identification. They said that they could not do that either. I replied back that they should. Theresponse back to me was that I just needed to open each one up to identify which is which. I really don't like the idea ofhaving to open up other peoples sandwiches. I got back home, opened up and identified which sandwich was which and that they putthe wrong cheese on two of the sandwiches. I strongly recommend the staff comes up with a way to identify sandwiches that arevegetarian for customers and take time to read the orders. We had the donuts an hour after the sandwiches and they were hardand stale. Read more

My child works here. Every day she comes home worn out. She has worked here since May and not once has she called in sick or not... shown up for her shift. In fact, the manager ALWAYS calls her in when someone else fails to show up. Every shift, she gets up at3 am to go open the store. There is an employee who shows up to work, but sits in her car on the clock while my child runs thestore by herself. The management here is absolutely terrible. This week specifically, the manager decided to go to Vegas andleft the store with no coverage. My child went and opened the store. Unbeknownst to her, the baker didn't make any donuts. Soshe had to bake on the fly, leading to the inability to keep up with orders. When she contacted the manager for guidance, shegot no response. Not only has she NEVER received the proper training, she has zero support from her manager. She also happens tobe covered under ADA laws as well as COLORADO LABOR LAWS, this company abides by neither. Another employee who is also coveredunder the same ADA laws, asked to take a 5 minute break and was told by the manager, that she is not here to play babysitter andif this employee wanted a break, she may as well just go home. The problem here is not their customer service, it is poormanagement. They've gone through 2 managers since May and have such high turnover that there is always a new employee trying tolearn as they go! I will be contacting the corporate office and the franchise owner. I will aslo be filing a complaint with theColorado DOL. Next time you have to wait for your coffee and donuts, REMEMBER TO BE KIND TO THE EMPLOYEES WHO ARE BUSTING THEIRBUTTS FOR YOU!!!! Read more
