My wife, adult daughter and I visited this restaurant last night and did not have a very good dining experience. It was about... 7pm, we were not at all greeted as we entered the restaurant, we were ignored until we had to get one of the employees attentionto ask them a question and order. They acted like we were bothering them, didn't smile, and were not friendly. We order brisketplates, the meat was served cold, tasted okay, had a big chunk of fat in it (I don't pay for FAT!), our order for three platesand one drink was $50!! - way too expensive, and the ice cream tasted awful - yuck! Wow!! Talk about shinkflation!! Have eaten here off and on for several years. Guess not any more. $17 for a 2 meat plate that... had literally 1 and 1/2 thin slices of brisket (15% of that was fat) and 4 bites of turkey with a small side of beans with 15soggy fries I had to put in the air fryer for 10 minutes when I got home. The tiny roll was just hard and cold. No drink or anyextras!! With tip (not the poor employees fault). Gave them a $20 for a small snack! No thanks! Read more

Good food, the staff are a group of friendly people, but they were out of the regular brisket chili due to certain shipping... issues with ingredients so they were using their jalapeño beans to make it but they didn?t inform me about it. I nor my husbandcan eat spicy foods due to stomach issues. when I said something about it to one of the employees that I didn?t realize that thebrisket chili was going to be so spicy that?s when I was told about the whole chili situation. I've been to Dickeys quite a few times in California and it was great. Here was slow service.. 10 minutes we were the only ones... in line and one other family seated. Small portions. Expensive. Ice cream was literally ice with no flavor. Read more

Below is what I got plus two drinks for 31$!!!! We walked in an had to step over mop bucket in middle of walk way. They already... had the lobby 85% closed up an hour before close. To no ice in soda machine to out of the bakers and jalapeño sausage. Iordered the cue creations brisket mac stack and got fatty pieces of brisket on top of Mac that looks like it's been out all day.We orders sweet teas just for them to have already taken down the machine for the night. Well the expectation was high as we have eaten here before. Ordered quite a bit of food for a family of 6.. My husband went and... picked up our order. Got home smelt good. But then opened the boxes and we were missing burnt ends 2 orders of them, 2 orders ofchopped brisket and got just a bunch of fat for ribs. As we were eating the sides. We bit into a fry and it was frozen. Justabsolutely disappointed with the enitre meal. Now to find something else to eat since this was a non edible meal.
