That's the saddest meal for $20 I've ever seen! Total rip off I will never order from you guys again!

Don't come here in the evenings! Their night team is terrible. The night "GM" Lisa is absolutely horrible at her job and is... snarky and rude with customers. We have placed to go orders twice with them and both times, have had to come back multiple timesto get the correct items. Tonight, I placed a to go order that was supposed to be ready at 6:15pm. I sent my daughter to pick itup and when she got there, she was told that it wasn't ready yet. They had her wait 15 minutes and then gave her the wrongorder. When she pointed it out, the staff looked at her like she was crazy and then the manager went to the warmer and pulledout our order. We got it home and started checking it, only to find out that we had the wrong sides and were completely missingother sides, sauces and one of the boxes was completely upside down and had spilled all inside the bag. I called and Lisa wasapologetic until I said that I wanted the items I paid for. I went back to the store to pick up the missing items and I asked tospeak to a manager. Lisa stated that she was the manager. I asked her if there was someone else I could speak to and then sheproceeded to bark at me that she was the store gm, and more specifically "Why would I waste my breath telling you that if therewas someone else you could talk to?", she was training, she was the only one there and that they are all human beings andmistakes happen. She did nothing to attempt to rectify the situation but instead walked over to the warmer, grabbed my sides andthen slammed the bag down on the counter. I'm normally a very patient and polite person, however, I am human as well and when Ihave to make multiple trips and take time out of my evening to fix the mistakes of others, when I should be at home enjoyingdinner with my family, it becomes bothersome. This is my new favorite BBQ restaurant. The meats are every bit as good as Rudy's, but they have a much more extensive menu.... Salads, sides, sandwiches and more. Best of all, NO LINE like at Rudy's. Give them a try! Read more

I work on GOG and tried this place for the first time earlier this week and loved it! I got wings and the Mac & cheese and both... tasted wonderful. My team and I all smelled like BBQ when we got back so even the office had a great aroma. As a southerner, i'mpretty particular about my Sweet tea and haven't really found good tea here in the springs, but this place knows how to makesome tea! Highly suggest and would say this is a great work lunch spot or any meal spot. Read more

I ordered thru Uber Eats. My first time trying Dickey's in all of the many years I have been in El Paso County{always did... Rudy's just because I live on this side of town with no transportation} But thanks to Uber Eats I was able to try Dickey's out.The food was awesome! I would have liked to have a bit more sauce but next time will just order extra & the side salad couldhave been a bit bigger. They were out of Onion Tanglers & Beef Brisket Burnt ends but as it was X-mas Eve I can understand. Wasvery good about having Uber Eats call me to have me call store about what to replace for the items they were out of. Was ableto get Pork Brisket Burnt ends & Okra in place. The food is tasty, but they are light on portions. I bought the giant 3 meat plate thinking that my $20 would be well spent and... I would get 2 meals out of it. I got 3 tiny portions of meat and 2 small sides. Definitely not worth it. Bird Dog is just downthe street and I will have to remember that the next time. Oh, well. They were trying to close at 7:30. Maybe they were out offood and didn't want to say anything thinking I wouldn't notice. Yes, the pictures are really all I got for $20. Read more
