We ordered catering for our baby shower and sent my in-laws to pick up the food. We selected brisket and turkey as the proteins... but when we unpacked the food, we realized they gave us turkey and chicken. My husband called the shop and spoke to someoneclaiming to be the store manager. He kept insisting that they had a sticky note indicating someone had called to change frombrisket to chicken. My husband assured him that neither of us called to change the order and we would never have selected 2poultry options anyhow. He continued to argue and refused to offer us any concessions. He would not give any sort of partialrefund or even an apology because we still "received our 10lbs of meat" and "they had a sticky note". I can only assume thestore screwed up 2 separate catering orders that day since the infamous "sticky note" probably pertained to another customer'sorder. We were very disappointed with their refusal to take responsibility for their mistake and would appreciate a call fromsomeone higher up the chain at Dickey's. Update: we called corporate a few times today and left a message with somebody. Theyhave yet to return our call. Don't order catering from these people. They clearly don't value your business. Definitely will never order/go there again. The service was absolutely horrendous. The staff up front were completely... unprofessional and definitely not worthy of a customer service title. They had missed half our order and didn't want to refund/remake the order. We were told that they were gonna call the cops on us due to use asking for a remake. Have a full 18 minutesof footage of the employee being highly unprofessional. Dude needs to either apologize to my family, or get fired. Either wayDickies has lost 4 customers. I definitely don't recommend this if you want some food. If you do want to be yelled at, cursed atand to get threatened, then eat here. Either way take this warning and got to their competitors. I do not think I could say 1 nice thing about my 1st ever experience with you. My son ordered all of our food to be delivered.... Door dash shows up and 50% is missing. Son calls and tells the man who answered the phone that it was missing. Guy says we haveto show up to get it. We do. He is RUDE!!! Dark hair, pony tail and proceeds to blame door dash and make it our liability. Myson asks for his money back and he says no. I say we will talk to the owner and he said the owner will never call you (againall on recording) I explain it is not our liability and he threatens to call the cops (we have the entire encounter on film) Itell him to calm down and just give us our food finally we get the food the the normal chicken tenders are so hot we cannot eatthem. We end up trashing the entire 55.00 dollar meal. We will NEVER be back. This was the rudest most outrageous encounter Ihave ever had just to get my food. I even tell the guy to calm down repeatedly. Never thought I?d be making a comment about a salad being in correct but here we go. First off there was no dressing. Second,... the majority of the lettuce was bad. Third, these croutons are soggier than a wet sock. Absolutely horrible. Read more

This place used to be great. But the new staff are rude and don?t know their own menu. They have a sign that says free for kids... on Sunday and the girl at the register tried to argue with my husband that it wasn?t Sunday?. Which it was. They also are alwaysmissing something, usually are fries but they have missed entrees and whole meals in the past. Be prepared to wait 20+ minutes for 2 sandwiches and sides. And don't expect your food to be made correctly because it will be... completely wrong! The lady working the first part of the line asked me 3 times what I ordered because she couldn't rememberwhat she was supposed to be making. I ordered a sandwich that specifically says it comes with cheese, she then asked if I wantedcheese on it cheese, I said yes. And the sandwich did not have cheese when it was given to me. The lady working the second halfof the line tried to hand me just my sides and when I asked about the sandwiches she was extremely confused and didn't know whatI was talking about. First I placed my order online and only to get a deal that apparently did not exist. They called said I can't get the sandwich... that came with the deal. Then when I show up to pick up my food they ran to the back and wouldn't come to the front. I got Videoevidence if need be. The food was already cold and the drink had zero ice. I'm not happy to spend 25 bucks on cold food and notonly that not get everything I ordered. Imagine paying 25 dollars for this and a drink no ice. So sad considering this is a 3meat plate. Called to see if I can just get the turkey I was missing and they said they can not do anything cause it was In thebag. Extremely rude customer service, this will be the last time I waste money here. First time customers, last time customers. The restaurant had two customers, one was clearly disgruntled already. The staff was... distracted or disinterested and couldn?t remember our very simple order. You have to put your own sauce on your food and thetubs of sauce were empty. We had to pry the employees away from the back of the kitchen to get our (very cold) sauce. When wegot home, my husband?s order was wrong. He ordered the special of the day and got a completely different sandwich. I ordered twosliders and potato salad. The sliders were terrible. There was less then two ounces of meat combined and it was dry and cold.The slider buns were also cold and very gummy. The potato salad was like tasteless glue. It?s very rare that I?d take the timeto write a bad review but our disappointment was extreme and I believe people should be warned. Read more
