Monster biscuits, mind blowing sausage gravy. The Franklin is everything I hoped and dreamed it would be. I did get an extra... side of gravy and a couple of over easy eggs on it. I ate it open faced in the spirit of the ultimate biscuits and gravy. Friedchicken was amazing, bacon is thick and savory. And the biscuits are of course delicious as well. I would bring folks here toimpress, not cheap necessarily, but definitely worth it. Read more

Multiple restaurant options in a very cool and pleasingly designed space. Two floors outdoor seating out front, behind, and... patio on the second floor. Indoor seating on ground floor and second floor. Bars on first and second floor. Service is very goodand friendly. We had Denver Biscuit Co., Found them to be really well done. You can order an existing biscuit sandwich or makeyour own. They have regular biscuits and french toast biscuits. We also tried the biscuits and gravy, tasty but perhaps a bittoo veggie tasting. It gets really busy starting around 9:30-10 on weekend days. Recommended and I would definitely go back. Read more

Delicious!! My first visit here and I will be a repeat customer. I had the biscuit covered in chicken pot pie filling. It was... super flavorful with a rich mushroom gravy with chicken, carrots, potatoes and peas over a huge biscuit topped with thinlysliced fried onion and aromatic herbs. My only concern was that I would be eating a soggy biscuit by the end of the bowl, butthat was far from the case. The biscuit held up perfectly and was warm and flaky to the last bite. It met all the savory, rich flavors you expect in a pot pie. I sat outside on the upper deck and spent the meal enjoying Mountain View?s can beat it!This will be a go to from now on! Read more

Food = Amazing. Service = Lightning fast. When I say we were sat, served, and settled up in 30 minutes EXACTLY, I mean... it. Potentially the fastest I?ve ever been served. Especially when you consider the fact we mulled over the biscuit sandwichoptions for at least 10 minutes. From ordering to eating our first bites was probably 5 minutes or less. Onto the food, mybiscuit was fluffy and buttery. The ?Nashville? hot chicken was far from hot, but still very tasty. I don?t recommend it forthose really seeking Nashville style, but I still recommend it generally because it was mighty tasty. Great service! Will beback if we can! Read more

We had a difficult time finding the restaurant. My iPhone Maps led me to an alleyway behind the building. We circled the block a... couple of times and never saw a sign. We finally just parked and walked toward where it was supposed to be. We were able to finda local person that told us it was on the corner of the street in a building that housed 3 different restaurants. We had seenthe sign for Sully?s pizza, which ended up being the shared restaurant of the Denver Biscuit Company. On to the food?Let mestart off by saying this biscuit was HUGE! The biscuit itself had amazing flavor. I personally didn?t care for the sausagegravy. It didn?t have a bad taste, it was just different to the white gravy with black pepper seasoning I?m used to from theSouth. The gravy had a hint of sweetness which made me think the sausage in it was likely a sage flavored sausage. I?m not sureI would have finished eating this if it hadn?t been for the fried egg I ordered extra added to it. The atmosphere of therestaurant was very comfortable with a modern vibe. The hostess and the waitress I had were super friendly and very helpful.Although I wasn?t a fan of the gravy, I would definitely give it another shot simply because the biscuit was so good. Ate breakfast for the first time and it was delicious. The staff was so friendly and very attentive. We didn't wait very long... for the food. I had the biscuits and gravy while my mom had the cinnamon roll and both were large and tasted good. I couldhave done with less of the icing for the cinnamon roll but my mom liked it. Read more

Service is awesome and food the food is really tasty. The French toast with berry compote was slapper! It?s made from biscuits... so it?s a really unique spin on normal French Toast! My friend had the Lola with French Toast biscuits as the bread. She thatwas slapping as well. We both had the cold brew to drink, also bomb. Overall I would definitely recommend! Thanks for reading, peace! Read more

Denver Biscuit Company was one of my favorite food highlights on my trip to Colorado Springs. The biscuits were so buttery,... tender, flaky and light. I had The Lola (buttermilk fried chicken, bacon, honey butter & covered in maple strip) in honor of myLola; pictured. We shared Sully?s Fries and the Strawberry Shortcake (biscuit smothered with sweet strawberry sauce topped withwhipped cream) which was a foodgasm in my mouth. It was that good!! Great atmosphere and experience! Definitely recommend ifyou?re ever in Colorado. Read more
