Decent Pizza Co. (located in the old Ivywild School, turned very cool community center/food hall) has some of the most delicious... Detroit-style pizza around! I got their all-vegan Animal Lover's pizza during COS Vegan Week, and the combination of the crispycrust, perfectly melted Daiya cheese, and savory vegan meats was divine! 10/10, will be back when we're in the area again. ???? OMG! I?m in pizza Heaven! I?ve never had Detroit-style pizza before but I am SOLD! Brought home a ?Double Roni, with pepperoni... cups & Italian sausage?, and I love it! The crispness of the edges and the pepperoni cups?it came with a side of pizza sauce, but I didn?t even need that! The pepperoni is spicy, as is the Italian sausage, but not overly so. This will be my new favoritepizza!!! Read more

Now, I love Detroit pizza, but sourdough? Meh. It didn?t make sense to me. I ordered the pepperoni pizza. It had adorable... pepperoni cups, bit there was no sauce on the pizza. The sauce that came on the side tasted like the straight-up tomato sauceyou get from a can at the grocery store. N garlic, no basil, no onion, no parsley, just not at all a good sauce. I took thepizza to go and ate it at home with my own sauce. Decent is a good name for this pizza. It?s decent, but that?s about it. Iassume they meant the name as an understatement. It?s not. A very decent piece of pizza! Detroit style pizza is a neat change from the standard slice. Really enjoyed the sauce on the top.... Lots of flavor - also vegan cheese available. We ended up with a build your own. Recommend getting a pizza per person. Price canadd up quickly, but the flavor profile is worth it. Lots of libations in the Idyllwild school to enjoy alongside your pizza! Read more

My wife and I were very interested in trying this place when they first opened. We tried it so early, that they didn?t have a... Google page setup for it yet to post my review! Now I?m catching up on the places I reviewed and posting the recap of howeverything went! When we walked into Ivywild, of course it?s a conglomeration of different restaurants and bars that you couldgo to. The place is a popular meeting ground for those near downtown or south Colorado Springs. As a result, this place willprobably get very busy soon (if they aren?t already)! My wife wanted pizza and I I obliged and we went for something differentthan the typical NY pizza, but Detroit style. We had no clue until we ordered that this would be Detroit style pizza. I orderedthe cheese and she ordered the pepperoni and we had to get cheesy bread. The cheesy bread was more oily than cheesy, but stillreally good overall. The pizzas were very good and came fresh out of the oven. Very happy to see how ?fresh out of the oven? arepizzas were. Their marinara sauce for dipping the bread (and for the pizzas themselves) was the clear standout star of thepizza. Tons of flavor and perfect temperature. Overall, I would happily go back and order the same things. I think it costrelatively around $25-$30 which isn?t bad. Read more
