My order was wrong when I clearly said what I wanted. I came back in to get a replacement and the man who made it was extremely... rude, told me that I ordered wrong. I order the same thing every time I come in and I told him what I wanted but he just didn'tlisten and blamed it on me. Was angry he had to remake my ice cream. Sorry dude but if I paid $10 for ice cream I better getwhat I asked for. And based on other reviews it seems like this is a normal occurrence at this location. Read more
We ordered based off of the poster in the window and asked what was mixed in. 2 different employees pointed at the glass and... told us to read it. There was nothing there. We asked for the Pumpkin butter and got just a scoop with no mix in. We had to tellthe 2 times we wanted what was in the picture. There was nothing on the menu advertising the "Almost baked banana bread or Theapple of my pumpkin pie". Neither employee was very friendly and acted annoyed at us. I included pictures for reference. I enjoy Cold Stone ice cream, but today I decided to get a milkshake. My milkshake was average, it wasn?t as good as the ice... cream I usually get at cold stone. The staff was very friendly and accommodating during my visit. Read more
I?ve had two ice cream cakes here and I?ll be honest that they are the best ice cream cakes I?ve ever had! They are pretty... expensive but the quality is well worth it. The only reason I give this place 4 stars is that they only have a few ice creamflavors to offer (11-12) and the scoop size is not as plentiful as other ice cream places. I would pick up another ice creamcake here for a birthday, but I would go elsewhere for just ice cream. Read more
My wife and I went to this ice cream shop tonight and had a good experience. The location is convenient, parking is somewhat... limited and tight, the shop is decorated nicely inside and out, there is limited seating, they didn't have the specialty icecream combo I saw on the coldstone website (this is the second time this kind of thing has happened), the employees wereaverage, our ice cream orders were delicious, but EXORBITANTLY expensive.
