I ordered an iced latte and when I got it, it had no ice and was room temp, tasted a little bitter. The poppy seed muffin was... good though. The person at the counter did not seem too enthused to be there either. Read more

The drinks are great, but there is a sanitary issue I believe I found a hair ingrained into the lid ????, it was longer (much... longer) but I tried pulling it out. No one in my family has black hair either. Read more
