Thinking that visiting 2:15 in the afternoon on a Friday was an issue with staffing or something. Waited a good 8 min to get to... place our order when there was just one person being served when we walked in. We got our drinks and sat down? and our orderdidn?t come out for 12 minutes. Sad part was the food was not fresh, and the chicken tasted like it was cooked a half our priorsomewhat dried out, similar with the fries. Everything was like warm when received, and was cold within 3 minutes beforefinishing the meal. Kiddo got a spoon for the ice cream in place of the toy, but no ice cream and the server ran off before wehad a chance to see what was missing. This was not what we?re used to with other Chick-fil-A?s, and quite disappointed thatthis one could be that far off from all other Chick-fil-A?s that have always exceeded our expectations. On 8/16/2022 I had waffle fries that were extremely soggy and full of oil . This is not the norm for this location. I did tell a... manager and she got me another waffle fry. But it was exactly the same as the first order, soggy and oily. She didn't evenbother to double-check and see if my second order was better. Maybe their new standard is soggy oily waffle fries. Have been eating from this chick-fil-a since the one on North Academy has been closed. This location?s fries are consistently... soggy, mushy, and raw. Even when we go while the lines are short it?s the same thing, I?ll order a large fry and can only eatabout 1/4 of them after picking through to find ones that are fully cooked. Very disappointing. This franchise focuses on the basics which is in my opinion why it is doing so well... This location definitely doesn't... disappoint. Friendly, patient customer service with a smile.. Quick, ACCURATE order completion, all while ensuring theirproducts are cooked to standard... something taco bell and friends could take lessons on. Read more
I?ll start by saying that we are HUGE fans of chick-fil-a. But this location is the worst we?ve ever been to. Last night the... wrap had the smallest sliver of chicken in it. Our drinks came out with melted ice and the lids not even connected. The buns onour sandwiches were soggy like they had been soaked in water. Today we gave them a second chance and tried breakfast and got thechicken scramble burritos. Tastes like the tortillas and chicken are leftovers from yesterday, I found what I hope was a eggshell in mine. Not to mention nothing was mixed and there was hardly any eggs. I?ll attach a photo. We were excited about thislocation being so close to us but I?ll definitely make the drive a little further rather then wasting my time at this location.In my thousands of visits to chick-fil-a this one has disappointed me more in 24 hours then all the other locations combined.Corporate should definitely look into how this location is being ran. I frequent Chick-Fil-A when I?m craving a Greek yogurt in the morning sometimes. This is the first time I?ve been to this one. ... I was a little less than unhappy when I got to work and took out my yogurt cup from the bag. There was literally about 2tablespoons of yogurt and a handful of cookie crumbs. I?ve never experienced this from any other store. I was so lookingforward to enjoying my yogurt but this was ridiculous! Slowest mobile order EVER. I use chick FIL on the mobile app for large breakfast orders alllll the time. I am very aware that... Chick-fil-A doesn't start your mobile order til you say "I'm here". I've been told by multiple Chick-fil-A to submit the I'mhere about 15 min before I get there so my large order will be ready when I arrive. I did that today like usual. I even get thetext message confirmation that it was ready, I was about 2 min away from the location when that text came thru so I thoughteverything was good to go. This was NOT the case. I arrive and nothing from my order was ready except my coffee. The gal whowas supposed to have my order ready decided not to start until I physically asked for it. So there I am waiting another 15minfor them to bag my order. Brenna the onsite manager then takes another 5 min to double check my order at that time I finallyinterrupted and asked to please just let me have my order and go. This was a breakfast I was bringing into an account of mine,that now I'm going to be 20-30mimnlate for since they couldn't get my order ready on time.
