Tried this CJ's 4 times and I'm done. Buns are usually dry, today my top bun was wet from the grease and somehow the burger meat... was old and dry. Clearly leftover from the day before. Onions were old. This location is so gross. It is stuck in a viciouscircle. Bad food leads to terrible reviews, terrible reviews means it's not busy, not busy means food from the day before. Ifyou have to eat in this area Arby's next door is always fresh. If you crave CJ's, the Woodmen location is way better. If Ididn't know better I'd guess that all the other locations send their old food and poorest workers to this location. Read more
Charbroiled chicken blt....yum! This was my first visit to this location. My food was hot and fresh and both the order taker and... person that handed me my bag (drive-thru) were polite and friendly ???? will definitely go again! Great location keep it up !! Read more
Just had my second visit to this Carl's Jr. in 2 weeks. Customer service training is a huge miss here. While I do appreciate the... smiles and nice attitudes through drive-thru, you have again failed to provide me with the basics - napkins, ketchup, dip forsides... In fact, you didn't even ask me if I needed anything. It's not good customer service to make the customer ask "did youput napkins in the bag, or any ketchup?" or double back because you didn't. 4PM, parking lot was empty, and only one car ahead of me in the drive thru. Speaker was rude and impatient. My order was wrong... and cold, as if it had been sitting since lunch rush. Poorly assembled burgers The teenage guy at the window was polite. Read more
Here's the most accurate review I can give, and I used to stop by here everyday for two weeks, they get no more passes from me.... If you order a large fry, you're actually getting a medium. I ordered their breakfast burrito, and got a cold egg patty, coldsoft bacon, and a stale tortilla. I am trying to get a refund, but their franchise office won't promise me one and they saidthey'd get back to me in a week. As a general manager of a fast food restaurant, I am shocked that a new location, with newequipment, would be operating so horribly (even considering the new staff). Avoid this restraunt. I might try it again in amonth, but likely it'll just end in another 1 star review. Read more
Large fry vs. med fry. The attendant was a jerk. His coworker was out harassing drivers on the street in all black at 8:00PM.... The attendant then shoved the bag in my face and says ?here you go?. Real professional. Surprise surprise they have less than 3stars. The franchise owner should likely learn what customer service is. Read more
