If I could give a 0 I would. Worst customer service I've experienced in all 33 years of existence. We pull up to the... drive-thru intercom. Brandi says "Hi how are you" I reply, and take that as a sign to tell her my order, she tells me she isn'tready to take my order. This is fine. I wait until she's ready. She accidentally leaves her comm on and I hear her talking abouthow she forgot the car in front of ours order. She then gets back on the comm telling me that she didn't realize someone waswaiting to place an order (????). The line is moving extremely slow, it took 20 minutes just to pay. Every car in front of uswas being told to pull over to wait for their food. When we go up to pay, she tried charging me for an order that was not mine.I have to again tell her my order. She then tells me to pull over after collecting my money. I'm waiting in the parking lot forover 30 minutes. Cars/orders after me begin getting their food before me. I get out of my car and walk to her and show her myreceipt. She acts surprised and asked me what I ordered, I told her my order and she says "Are you serious?" as if she didn'teven know about my order. I replied to her that, she personally took my money, so you had to have known about my order. She thenscrambles and gives me a bag shortly after. Cold food. Never coming back. 0/10 Read more

Absolutely awful!!!! I?ve had bad experiences here at this location and I know why I haven?t been to this site in while. I... ordered two Famous Stars with cheese and I got SLOP !!!!!! No structure to the burger whatsoever!!!? So much Mayo and catchuppoured on it and just fell apart try to eat it the darn thing. Disgusting !!!! I will never go back. FYI !!! Read more

Order showed up twenty minutes later than it should have (driver stated she "had to" pick up multiple other orders on the 7... minute drive to my house). Curiously the tracking website map showed the driver's location to be off the coast of Africa(latitude and longitude of 0,0), as if she had something to hide about her route to my house and is practiced in this sort ofdeception. Thus the burger was stone cold. Despite the receipt stapled to my order stating no onion rings, the burger hadonion rings on it; don't offer the opportunity to customize the order if you aren't going to honor the request. The milkshakehad thawed and was nothing more than a runny liquid, and there was no straw. Disappointed that I tipped well for thisdisgusting delivery service, and disappointed that quality control at the restaurant was so poor. Read more

Went through the drive through to order two kids meals for convenience, at first I thought everything was good with my order, as... I'm paying for my food it turns out the guy who took my order did not get my order correct, I paid for my food and was asked topull up, while after waiting for 15 minutes I saw that vehicles behind me were getting their food while I was told to pull upand wait, I decided to get down and ask for a refund and took my drinks back in as my food was not ready, I went to sonic wherecustomer service was much more better and faster, the guy that looks like Jeffrey Dahmer at this location needs to learncustomer service. I know everyone is short staffed but we waited over 20 minutes with 1 person in front of us. Was excited to try the sourdough... jack and was so disappointed, it wasn't even warm and the bun wasn't even toasted. It was cold white bread. Read more

1st and last time at this place. Ordered for 2 Oreo Milkshakes. The young, very un-caring, ungroomed man, brought me my... milkshakes. Complete mess on outside, could careless, and HAD TO say to him repeatedly how these 2 very runny cups ofmilkshakes, aren't milkshakes. He kept stating it was the milk.... blah, blah, blah... he literally walked away. Manager personexplained how I normally wouldn't have noticed, if the Whipcream would have been on them. My go-to for a Monster Biscuit on the weekend! The only time I have gotten irritated is when it took forever to acknowledge that... I was even there and then finally, I was informed the dining room was closed (even though people were sitting in it, dining. IfI had wanted to go through the drive through, I would have. If there had been a sign on the door or something, I wouldn't havebothered you... I understand that there are staff shortages and stuff but are you cooking on a different grill for the drivethrough vs. dining room? Do I need a full time, attentive waiter for a dining room visit? Nope. How it impacts your staff levelis beyond me. Anyway, the food has always been good and when the staff is not stressed out and spread too thin, they aregreat. To be fair, I have probably been there 50 times and I was triggered this ONE time. Don't be too put off; give them atry. Read more
