I went through the drive to obtain my order, and it has always been accurate and pretty quick. You are able to get a burger... anytime which is good. I have had no problems, and will continue to use. Read more
I ordered the steak and egg burrito. It was good but halfway through the burrito before taking another bite I realized there was... a piece of plastic wrap in my food. Not enough concern for food safety. Employees need to be careful when opening packages andusing plastic near the food that is being prepared. I could have gotten sick or something had I eaten it. Usually don't write bad reviews or whatever But this place is lacking, went through the drive-thru at around 7:00, and came home... to discover the sourdough burger we ordered had no patty, This is the second time this has happened, with different sandwiches.Went back but the remake sandwich had no toasted bread, it was just covered in butter and microwaved so it was warm. And I knowthe people working there. Don't care, Because it's "just a fast food job" but the whole thing was ridiculous. Read more
If you prefer fast food, the the buns are as flat as you'd expect... the sauce on the sandwiches drown out everything else... (probably on purpose)... the staff is as personable as every other fast food joint. It isn't good. If you have the munchies,then I suppose it doesn't matter. Read more

This is one of the best experiences I?ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. They weren?t too terribly busy but all my food was... made to order. That?s exactly what I would want. The Western Bacon Cheese Burger, Is to die for. It's practically the main reason I go to Carl's Jr, It has bacon cheese, onion... rings, and BBQ sauce. All those flavors go really good together. If you go to Carl's Jr, definitely get the western bacon cheeseburger, you won't regret it. Read more
