The prices on the menu outside are not accurate. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to listen and instead tried... to mansplain how fast food restaurants work. But actually for most fast food restaurants, medium is the standard size combo mealwith the option to upgrade to a large. Apparently, at Carl's Jr, the standard is small. And even though I was tricked intoordering a medium size meal, it still doesn't explain why the sandwich would cost more in a medium combo versus the small. Notworth the money at all. And the fact that the manager was rude about everything just makes my decision to not spend my moneyhere again, that much easier. Read more
I?m always happy with this location! I?m even more tickled because I tried their breakfast for the first time!! OMG!!! I don?t... know how they make their biscuits but this is amazing!!! It?s light and fluffy and while still flaky, doesn?t fall apart whileeating it!! Read more

Honestly... I'd give this place 0 stars if it were an option! Ordered through door dash and even called the restaurant... IMMEDIATELY after placing my order to make sure it would be correct and wouldn't you know.... They actually brought the completeWRONG order!!! So I had to replace my order and now it was after 1am and the second order that was delivered was also WRONG. I was very disappointed with my order from Carl?s Jr. (N. Nevada) today.???? last time I was here, I ordered the chicken tenders... and they were GREAT! Five nice big, tender, juicy, crispy pieces! I bragged to my husband about them! Today, I ordered the same,what I received were 10 little overcooked pieces of dry chicken bits ranging in size from one inch to the biggest which isthree inches! Two of us ordered, I paid the ticket which was $20. My order was a double cheese burger which consisted of 2 super-thin patties... fused to a shriveled piece of cheese. It was pasted to the top bun (pasted, I mean it was stuck there) by the thinest of ketcupsmears. Pickles: there were two, and they were so thin they were transparent. Onion: one partial raw onion round, about 1/8th ofa round. Bun: smashed. Overall, it was disgusting and it was an insult. This wasn't a a fast-food mixup, this was theft. Sincethere are no burger cops to call and report, instead I will just never ever recommend Carls to anyone. I will do the opposite. Iwill refuse to ever return. I will never join a group going there and will deflect the crowd elsewhere. A company like thisshouldn't be in business. Read more
