The people working there have no idea what they?re doing. What you order and what you get are always two different things so... you?re better off going there and telling them to surprise you. Incompetent, poor training, long wait times. Order a large andget a small. Order a jalapeño burger and get a burger wayyy cheaper on the menu. I go here all the time and am alwaysunderstanding but it?s gotten to the point where the lack of training is obvious.. Get your stuff together or HIGHER MOREEMPLOYEES SO THERES MORE PEOPLE THAT CAN ASSIST AND GET THE JOB DONE CORRECTLY INSTEAD OF OVER WORKING YOUR WORKERS. Read more
Been here a few times in the past couple months and always have the same experience, food is almost always wrong and takes over... 15 minutes to get to me even if i am the only person there yet somehow is poorly put together as if it was rushed. Itsabsolutely drowning is condiments to the point i cant even taste my burger. I kept coming in hopes things would get better butit really hasent in the last 5 or so months. The crew is always respectful and nice but it really dosent make up for howterrible the food comes out and how long it typically takes. Read more
I like Carl's Jr. A lot. Their milkshakes are definitely the best! Their food is pretty good but I definitely do prefer Wendy's... any day. The employees are always very nice and helpful and the food is always made semi-fast and it's good. Would recommendcoming here Read more
The staff was very polite. Our order was brought to us very quickly, and it was great. I had the 2/3 pound Angus burger on a... lettuce wrap. It was put together (assembled) well and looked magazine-worthy. Best of all, it was juicy and delicious. Read more
