You know, I think this is one of the friendliest restaurants I?ve been to in quite a while. Not ?scripted? friendly either. By far the best customer service Ive ever had. The two extremely sweet gentlemen closing (they both looked like managers but im... unsure) answered the phone 45 minutes before close and had the most upbeat attitude and were so personable and told me to comeon by regardless that they were close to closing. I got there and they made everything fresh, talked to my husband and I whilethe food was finishing up and made is laugh and smile and it was just such a wonderful experience. I cannot thank them enough,you guys made my whole week! Got home and the food was SOOOOOO fresh and delicious. Kim was a fabulous employee at this location. She was friendly, attentive and went above and beyond on us and every customer... that I saw her help. She needs a raise! At fast food places, so many employees just do not seem to care at all. She wasexceptional! She was the best part about the place! The food was good except for the catfish. I attribute that to the farmraised catfish, way too fishy tasting. Read more
We stop into this Captain D's at least once a month. Food is always fresh and tasty. The staff is very sweet and friendly. ... There is a southern hospitality feeling. It just does not get any better than this for fish, chips, and shrimp on a fixed budget. And Wednesday has a great Senior Day... special menu too. This Captain D's #205837 on E. Fillmore is always clean, sanitary and has a staff that excels at greatcustomer service, 5 Thumbs Up! Food is made to order, hot, and delicious.
