To be completely honest I have never had a unpleasant interaction at this Captain D's location (Fillmore). The staff have always... been friendly and helpful! By far the best customer service Ive ever had. The two extremely sweet gentlemen closing (they both looked like managers but im... unsure) answered the phone 45 minutes before close and had the most upbeat attitude and were so personable and told me to comeon by regardless that they were close to closing. I got there and they made everything fresh, talked to my husband and I whilethe food was finishing up and made is laugh and smile and it was just such a wonderful experience. I cannot thank them enough,you guys made my whole week! Got home and the food was SOOOOOO fresh and delicious.
