We usually enjoy Burger King. However, this was one of the worst Burger King experiences we?ve ever had. Besides the worker... being friendly at the drive thru window and the decent fries, it was hard to find the good in our experience. We are a family of8 and were in a hurry. My wife?s fish sandwich was so old that we were not sure it was even edible without getting sick. Theonion rings were cold. They didn?t give us all of our drinks. The kids didn?t get a toy in their kids meals as it wasadvertised. My burger was barely warm. To get the order corrected, we could not go inside because the dining room was closed. Wewould have to go through the drive thru again - which we didn?t have time to do. However, we spent $55 on a very less thandesirable meal. Messed up my whole order after waiting for "fresh fries" which Im cool with. The fries werent fresh at all then rest of my order... 1 rodeo burger had no onion ring or bbq sauce 1 plain double bacon cheese burger plain had ketchup mustard and onion on it. If you go to this Burger King just know you will always be missing food. We live down the street and have been here a number of... times and every single time we are missing food. Sometimes you get the wrong food, or cold and old food. There are so manyrestaurants on this side of town, go literally anywhere else Read more
Well? good try Burger King? My second time to this location by my house. Was real bad the first time, waited 6 months and tried... again. Somehow worse. Is that supposed to be the same sandwich? By far the worst Burger King in the state called manager to complain and he hung up on me. Order was wrong and food was cold ... run away from this one there is a what?s burger right up the street and a subway , Taco Bell and torchy tacos all are betteroptions because this Burger King will will screwup your order cold food has a higher likely hood to get a food borne illness, Iwill also complain to the health department as this burgerking needs a lot of work and I am documenting this because it showscontinuous negligence and when not if they poison somebody with listeria, salmonella or ecoli there needs to be enough peoplewho have seen the same quality concerns so we can sue the them and maybe shut it down Read more
