I ask for no cheese on my Whopper so I could get a hot burger. They still gave me a Whopper with cheese that was old and cold.... What do I have to do to get a hot burger at this location? It's terrible service here, I hope they bring in new management tomake them pay attention to detail and do better. I absolutely love the managers here, especially Jeremy and I did not get the name of the other head manager, but I appreciate... him/her as well. These guys were willing to go above and beyond to help us catch the the GrubHub guy Nathan in the black littlecar who stole my elderly mothers purse right off of our porch swing. If I could give zero stars I would. This Burger King use to be on point. I was always patient and understanding if they were... busy. But! When management ignores you for 15 min at drive thru window while waiting for just a drink that they dropped! Thentoday tops the cake and I will never come back here ever again! I made a online order but I guess they couldn't even handlethat! The lobby was closed while non employees were inside... People we're making out by doors and the lobby was closed for thisnasty show. So there pushing one car at a time and I made my order online and I waited 40minutes for a prepaid online pick uporder! There is no excuse for this. We ate in. Floor was super sticky all over. Freestyle machine was completely out of any and all flavours that had sugar in them... and some without. No napkins in the dispensers. Found one clean table in the entire place. Food was ok but the state of thefront of house makes you wonder what kind of state the kitchen is in. Not busy...at all. I usually order quite a lot of food from here as I am a big fan of the burger King menu. The workers here are very attractive... and I've never had to shout at them or ask to speak to the manager. Although, the delivery service isn't the best as thedelivery boys drive way too slow and my whoppers often arrive late and cold. I love Whoppers when they're good. They're usually a little dry from one on Platte and Union and the one on Fillmore. They're... always very good from the one in Southgate area. Just ordered doordash from BK on E. Platte. What a terrible burger. Got atriple Whopper with cheese. Three dry patties and ALMOST a whole piece of cheese.
