More then once messed up my orders. I'm allergic to mayo, an guess what slaughtered my sandwich with it. What a waste of my... time, lunch time at work. And waste of money. Never going to a burger King again. This is more then once. You just lost a carload of peoples business. Read more
Drive through order cuz lobby is locked. 1, a customer had to stand in drive through just to get food cuz his truck wouldn't... fit. They made him stand and wait till they got my order before taking his. They honestly could've taken his first since he wasstanding in drive through before I got there 2, cold onion rings. Ordered 3 whoppers. 2 with everything. 1 with no tomatoes andno Pickles, heavy on the sauce. All 3 whoppers had no onions on them. The one with no Pickles and no tomatoes had extra mayo, noextra ketchup. Not sure why these instructions were so complicated. Paid almost $30 for cold food that wasn't even made right...that's ridiculous, especially since they weren't even busy so it's not like they had to hurry with the order. Read more
#1 + #2 + $1.00 (ice cream cone) = ? I was charged $27 and some change. This simply CANNOT be correct. The #1 meal was upsized... to a Large. #2 was the Medium size. Plus a $1.00 cone... I can't find the # meals anywhere on the menu in the app so I can'tcheck the price. No receipt, no napkins. Read more
Not a customer in the parking lot when we got there ((should be a good clue)) gave us old jalapeno poppers, old chicken fries,... boxes were microwaved to trick you, but everything was very hard and unfresh. They also put hot fries on top of the bag((strange if you cook that to order why not the rest)) to again attempt to fool you, because the rest of the food was so old. Idon't understand why your gonna do people like that, except your just a mean and hateful bunch of children. Won't even be back,and by the looks of it, alot of people have made that decision. So i deliver for uber on the side, i enter the store and no teeth crack addict older lady says you need to stand in line and the... guy that was behind me goes first. First, i was the next in line and if this is the way you treat you delivery people im glad iwill never be a customer. I canceled the order and will never take another one again from your store. This location seems to be having some issues. They have been closing for maintenance at odd hours but nothing seems to... change. Thankfully the food has been okay lately, that?s why I give them 3 stars. Other ones in town are better though. Theplace seems run down. The drive thru menu is lacking and has been damaged and missing sections for a long time. The menu isoutdated too because they no longer serve some things on it. I added pictures to show this. Hopefully it gets better, I thinkthey have the best burgers out of the chains. Read more
I made the mistake of going near the end of breakfast hours and got old stale coffee, cold hash browns smooshed together, and a... dry burnt biscuit sandwich with chewy sausage. Check your food from the drive thru before you leave! Once I reached mydestination to eat it, the manager offered to take my name and refund my money if I drove back to the restaurant but I don'tever need to go back. Sorry BK you lost my business for good. Not one ingredient of this food should have ever been served. Itwas obviously the last of breakfast items that had been sitting around and no one has enough pride in their work to make freshitems. Gross. Read more
Our order was wrong. Chicken fries were extremely old. When we brought it back to have it remade the manager was extremely rude,... she indicated that it was because the oil however if that were correct both the onion rings and the fries fried in the oil wouldhave looked just like the chicken fries. She threw a fit about having to remake the order even the rest of her staff was likewell if we'd done it right the first time it wouldn't be an issue. However the gal at the counter was extremely polite sweet andhelpful very courteous She deserves a better job than the one she has. That manager on the other hand just plain rude. Read more
