I didn't have high hopes for a Burger King in the first place, but this one managed to miss even that bar like it was an Olympic... sport. Went to the drive through here for food on a 30 minute break, were able to order and get behind the car at the windowwith about 20 minutes left. The car in front of us apparently placed a second order at the window (guessing here, as all I sawwas them hand their card over, get a bag of food and card back, hand over the card again, and eventually getting a second andthird bag of food), and rather than having them pull forward and out of the way, the staff here just let them park in the drivethrough while they waited for the second order. By the time we were able to make it to the window about 15 minutes later, ourfood wasn't even ready and we had to leave without it to get back to work vaguely on time. Still got back late, by theway. There was definitely more than one employee working as well, which would have explained the extreme delay, but would nothave explained the questionable decision to let the first car park in the drive through. I just wanted to say that i absolutely love going to this location. The service is outstanding. And everyone that works there is... smiling and has a great attitude. We had gone to Jack in the box earlier. They always give us cold fries. We always have to askJack n the box to give us fresh fries. At this Burger King, everything is fresh and served hot. We have never had any issues atthis location. Love this location. Read more

Slowest place I?ve ever been for takeout. All employees move in slow motion! Staff friendly, food not bad. Love the sesame seed... bun, even on the small hamburger. Read more
Not a bad experience, Jr whopper is tiny, but not as tiny as the mozzarella sticks. Can't complain too much, the price wasn't... awful. The customer service was very nice but also very slow. Read more
The fact that Burger King hasn?t gone bankrupt and shut down is surprising to me. I?ve given Burger King a few opportunities but... 90 percent of the time it always seems to be a disappointment. Having freshly made food is almost never an option. Fries Lukewarm and hard, chicken stiff and stale. When ordering Employees sound like they simply just don?t care and are ready for you toleave, so your order isn?t even placed correctly. Customer service is lousy. Never again. Read more
The egg croissant was good but the place was very dirty. My shoes stuck to the floor near the cash register due to some sticky... film on the floor. It was an invisible film that was everywhere. The wall behind the cash register was very dirty with whatappeared to be some ugly drippings from behind or from the ceiling. The glass doors had finger marks on them. It just didn'tseem like a well taken care of place. Sorry, but for me, I will never eat at this Burger King again. Read more
Apparently they make up whatever hours they want. An older couple walked in before me around 830 pm dec 4th and the girl told... them they cannot eat in the restaurant and they said why and she said because she already cleaned the lobby. And the oldercouple looked appalled and left and so did i. The manager was standing right there and did nothing. As we left a big family wasgetting out of their vehicle and we told them they said it was closed and they were upset too. They lost easily $50-$75 in amatter of 2 minutes. This is not the first time. They did this 2 other times. Same crew. I heard a female manager one time saythere better not be someone in my lobby. And then she proceeded to get abusively verbal with the female employee. With the othermale employee there as this time. All before posted lobby close time. These employees are something else. Read more
