The manager here is great and he?s always at the register taking orders. I?ve never once had food wrong here and we eat here at... least once a week. Most recently I had the Ghost Pepper Whopper and it was excellent. My kids always love to come get crowns andcheeseburgers. The best part of this is that the dining room in the exchange is ALWAYS clean or being cleaned. My favoriteexperience in the way of fast food. i usually dont like to do this but im extremely upset right now on how rude the employees can be but thats not even the reason... ! ive gotten my orders wrong, not to mention meat was really really red i couldn't even eat my food i was disgusted!! i shouldhave never went back after!!! but now getting home and opening my burger and it looks like the meat was bitten into or halfwaycut or something idk but this is wrong in soooo many ways!!!!! since they think people wont look they dont even care for all iknow they could have dropped it and just place it back! im sooo upset i dont even want another burger or anything from thisburger king store!!! people check your food before u eat! i dont trust this BK your better off going off post or the one on thepx than this location!!! they are RUDE and they will always get your orders wrong!!! im disgusted! The girl purposely had my food made wrong. Got home from work and couldn?t eat it. I called, assuming that they would at least... apologize. They offered a remake but im not drinking 30 min for that. When giving the order her attention wasn?t totally givenso I repeated things a few times. Basic customer service! Yeah probably won?t be going there again. If your immaturity causesyou to behave like that then maybe a job in public service isn?t for you. To the girl, the way you treat others is a reflectionof yourself.
