One of the rudest General Mangers I've ever had an exchange with, went in to grab some Chicken Nuggets about an hour before they... closed and the employees + the general manager we're standing around in the back just talking and I stood there for a coupleminutes until one employee actually working noticed me up front and told the manager. She comes up looking upset because Iinterrupted their pow wow in the back, and I say my order and she asks what sauce, I reply Honey Mustard. Her response is. "Wedon't have any." In the most condescending way, Oh? Am I supposed to know what you do and don't have? I'll happily visit theother two Burger King locations on Base that provide fantastic customer service. Read more

I'm conflicted. I don't know whether to believe that they're retarded, illiterate, or just put right don't care about doing... their job. All I asked for was a bacon burger with NO mustard and of course I get it with mustard. This has happened so manytimes that I've literally taken the burger back without checking bc I knew there was mustard. Only to witness them making itagain WITH mustard. It's the worst BK I've ever been too and will NEVER EVER EVER! go back again. I'd rather spend gas money andgo to another location. Read more
I am unhappy with the customer service. I can forgive the boy at the counter. Maybe he was just shy and didn't mean to come off... as rude, but the blonde manager was unacceptable. After receiving our food and forgetting to ask for sauce my fiance goes backup to ask if they had chicken fry sauce, only to have her bark back with a short 'no'. He then asks if they have barbeque andall she says is yeah, then just stares at him. He asks for two and she says 'They're 50 cents.' She refuses to give them to useven after we had purchased food that was supposed to come with sauce that they forgot anyway. I used to work at Burger King, Iknow it sucks, but its not hard to at least smile. Read more
