Waited 36 minutes from the time I pulled up to the Drive thru until food in my hand.. No Dining room access. Two cars pulled in... behind me so I got trapped lol. Pulled up to give my order and was waiting for 12minutes until my order was taken.... 16 minuteslater I received my 2 Whoppers , 2 Medium fries and 2 Sprites You really gotta better ........ Customers beware of absolutelyno sense of urgency at this location! No apologies or reason for the delay ever given. Just an ordinary day of not caring forthem. I guess if they receive minimum pay they put out minimum effort. Read more
I picked up a meal for my son, tonight, and I asked if it could be double bagged since I had a fifteen drive to get it home.... Carl Winslow double bagged the meal to help keep it hot. Carl was friendly and got the meal to us at the window very quickly,and I will definitely order from this location again because of Carl!!! Thank you so so much!!! Read more
I didn?t even end up getting food here, the service was horrible. I pulled up to the drive thru and let them know what I was... doing with a promo through the app, and they said nothing about needing the code right then and there, I pull up to the windowand the manager refused to use the promo because I didn?t provide the code when ordering.. tried to charge me full price, I justleft. It was really disappointing what little effort was provided by management and how quickly she was to just say ?I can?t? tothe other person working window, to have them tell me. I saw her standing there and heard their conversation but she couldn?t atleast come to the window and tell me herself. Terrible customer service. Read more
Decided to stop by for lunch and Ramiyah made it such a breeze and quick experience. She had fresh nuggets dropped and when I... asked for a water (willing to pay) she even gave me a large and it?s the little thing she for me and even had napkins, sauce,and the straw all in the bag nicely without me asking. Waited 15 min after I gave the cashier in drive through my very simple 2 hamburger order 3x. After being trapped in the drive... thru that long, I get to the very dirty window and no one addresses me. Waited 2 more minutes and left with nothing. Do NOT goto this BK. Read more
Waited for over 20 minutes for a cheeseburger, small fry, small coke and ice cream AND the order still wasn't right. The... gentleman working the drive thru had his zipper down and dirty pants......GROSS.....not the first thing you want to see greetingyou at the window. Would not recommend this location. Read more

Got a call to go pick up an order .sat in line at the speaker for 15 mins ,just to pull up to be ignored by the young lady takin... orders at the window . Manger came up said what do you need I said I have a door dash n iv been waiting a while so I pulled upwhen I noticed the cars ahead of me where gone .... The young lady started cussing me out thru the open window on the clock withthe manager next to her about how it was only five mins and f me 10 times screaming it ...
