My husband and I ate dinner for the first time at the Black Forest Bistro and OMG! The food was amazing! All of our choices... were EXCELLENT! I had the special, Chilean Sea Bass and he had the Korean Bulgogi Beef Noodles. So yummy! The cocktails werealso very good! Definitely a great place to dine! Read more

Since moving from NYC to CO Springs, we've been struggling to find decent restaurants (guess we've been pretty spoiled), and... even though there's a handful of great spots we've discovered, this is hands down - by MILES - the absolute best food we've hadsince moving here 2.5 years ago. Only visited twice so far, but we're going to be monthly regulars (not to mention I've alreadytaken some ideas for my own creations at home). The staff is so wonderful as well, and they all seem to like working there, which is important to us. Jamie, our server both times, really went out of her way to take care of us, and it makes you feelspecial (even though I'm sure she treats everyone like gold). And there's soft live music, which creates a romantic andcomforting atmosphere. Bottom line, if this place moves, I'm following - they clearly know what they're doing. Thank you somuch. Read more

Very disappointed. Came here for our anniversary. We had been here on our last anniversary and it was so good decided to come... again on this one. I ordered the Mexican shrimp and grits and my husband got the salmon. It took about 45 min to get our food.Shrimp was over cooked and tough. The dish was drowned in a hot sauce that took over the flavor of everything in the dish-veryoverpowering. My husbands salmon was good -nothing spectacular but good. I did tell the waitress but still paid full price foreverything. Sadly this will be our last trip-can?t afford to waste this kind of money. Read more

This hidden gem is amazing. Jamie was our server and she was delightful and made us feel like we were special. She was always... attentive and made sure we had what we needed We ordered potstickers for an appetizer and they were delicious. My wife enjoyedKorean Street Noodles for her main course she loved them(she forgot her leftovers ????). I had the Mexican Shrimp and Grits andthey too were quite tasty. The drinks and desserts were also delicious. We will definitely be visiting this restaurant again. Read more

Super slow service. We were there for 45 minutes before our waitress took our order. Appetizer was best part of meal....took an... hour to arrive but the sushi nachos were great. Entrees did not impress. Bulgogi noodles were good portion but definitely gavefood truck vibe. Sea bass special was not good. We thought the sauce salty and ravioli very strong in the cheese flavor and notvery good with the fish. We were hoping to find a go-to spot near our house but do not see ourselves returning any time soon. Read more
