I ordered something around 830pm on 10/17/19 and the driver got there to order at 8:40pm. She said sorry everything was frozen... and they couldn?t make what I ordered. When I called she was very rude. Would not tell me who the manager was and then hung upwhen I asked for her name. I have since called 6 times and they are still open. She proceeded to also tell me they were closedand it was 8:50pm. She refused to give a store number and would not state who ran the store either. Very careless and does notcare about customers or customer service. This lady was ridiculously rude and obviously doesn?t care about her job. I?ll figureout what I need to know and I expect her to not have a job. As the owner of 3 companies I don?t see how you could have someonelike that working there. Always have what you want here and everything tasted great. I'd say most people like ice cream and this place has the best... selection. I'm sure this place will start being packed all to soon with the nice weather. Read more
Today was the 3rd time in 2 weeks that I was unable to purchase my granddaughter a cone because once again no one was available... to serve us. I have been able to make a purchase here once in the past 6 months . Horrible management, thankfully dairy queenhas people working. Read more
