Why was I just quoted 20 minutes for frozen pretzel bites, with exactly zero people in line and no one waiting for an order?... There were two employees that emerged from the back, so it?s not because you?re short on staff. I went to Red Robin next doorinstead, and waited for my pretzel?s for 10 minutes, but with a beer. Thanks anyways! Read more

Prices have increased but the service has not gotten better and my pretzel bites were a little stale after I asked her if they... had just made him she said yes and did not volunteer to replace them go at your own risk Read more

Ordered delivery, it took them nearly an hour to prepare the food to the point my delivery driver had to leave and come back... later to pick it up. My order was only half right. I ordered a classic pretzel, classic pretzel bites, dip, and lemonade frost. They didn't even hand my driver the drink, and I got the cinnamon/brown sugar pretzel bites instead. Waited nearly two hours foran incorrect order and I didn't get anything refunded. This place is incompetent. Read more

First time eating pretzels with Auntie Anne's, I ordered the regular pretzel bites and was expecting just classic pretzel bites... with salt. The pretzel bites were a bit burnt and not as soft as they should have been but my issue was they tasted heavily ofbutter, had hardly any salt on them, and I could taste the sugar in the dough. So if you're looking for that classic pretzeltaste you should skip this place an go somewhere else Read more

i don?t usually leave reviews but i was so disappointed. a man with longer black hair gave me a pretzel so old and burnt it was... black. he asked me for salt and when i said yes please he sprinkled salt on it and mumbled ?this should be fine? i wanted to askhim to make me a fresh pretzel but was too shy to. i only ate maybe 3 bites before i had to toss it. I used to really enjoy the pretzels here, but today they were burnt and hard. My husband and I had one bite and I brought them... back up and asked if they could give us fresh pretzels that weren't burnt. The young employee said they are all like that andthey have always been like that. I told him no, they weren't always like that. I looked and all the pretzels were burnt on thebottom. I think the employees need more training. Read more

The young man working didn?t seem interested in customer service at all, placed my food directly on the dirty counter and SLID... IT TOWARD ME. I flat out told him that was disgusting and I?d like a new pretzel, which was hard and clearly old. He wiped hisgloved hands on his pants and got me a ?new? one. I was so embarrassed for us both I just left and threw the pretzel away. Withthe health violations I witnessed and reading the reviews after-the-fact on YELP, it is clear either this same kid has numerouscomplaints or the entire staff needs an OSHA and health department visit. Disgusting. Read more
