I was wanting/hoping to get a warm sandwich and a soft drink perhaps even a milkshake however they (the employees... most likely... not the manager but maybe and I would imagine most definitely not the owner who was working) closed the lobby early. So frickinfrustrating!! I'm visiting and staying at a motel nearby (walking distance) and wanted to grab a quick late-evening-dinnerwithout having to walk very far (safety concerns) (again, I was visiting therefore I was not mobile) I tried opening the doorsto the lobby it was 8:47 p.m. and the sign on the door states they close at 9:00 p.m. with the drive-thru open till 10:00p.m.This is frustrating, them locking the doors early for I can only assume because they are in a hurry and ready to close up..not my problem. So the only way I could get food would be through the drive-thru and again I don't have a car.. but somewhatglad not to have a car and have to go through the drive-thru because if they're in a hurry to close the lobby early more thanlikely the service and quality of food through the drive-thru would most likely have been shall I say, up to par. So for thisreason I only gave them one star and that's because zero stars was not an option! Read more
Went to drive thru and order was correct but every single bit off food was cold. Not even warm......cold. cheese on sandwich was... not melted. Curly fries were cold and hard. It was only noon. This food must have been made hours ahead. For the price wepay....the food should be gourmet or at the very least.....hot. I'll never eat here again. Read more
This location was very fast in service. The customer service was awesome. However, when I got home and started eating my fries... the was a long blond hair in my food. I have braids and I?m black. I attempted to call however it continued to ring and anautomated system picked up stating they were busy helping other customers and no message was able to be left. This is the onlyreason why I am giving 2 stars or they would have received great reviews from me. Read more
They indeed have the meats and it was very clean inside, service was great and we didn't wait long for our meal.
