Lady that took our order was rude. She cut us off at the speaker box and didn't let us order our second combo. When we got to... the window we asked to add on something, she immediately said they were out. Which is fine, things run out. But when I went tosay oh just add another drink and fry she slams the window shut. She then gives us the one combo she put in and then slams itshut again without saying anything. I know people have rough days but maybe they shouldn't be talking to customers if this ishow they act. Won't be returning here for a while. Disappointed. Read more
I went in after my shift at work. I got the smokehouse brisket sandwich and a medium jamocha shake. The shake was delicious.... That was it, meat was old, the bun wasn't toasted. There was barely any sauce on my sandwich. I work in the industry and wishthis staff would care more. I won't be coming back. Read more

Originally I was excited cause these fries were fresh. Then I realized I paid $6+ for two ?large fries? that weren?t... large. Went back today and had the same issue. It?s frustrating ordering a large and having less than half the container full. Read more
I took my daughter to lunch at Arby?s, she ordered a classic chicken sandwich and it came with about a quarter of a cup of... mayonnaise on it. There was so much that she couldn?t even hold onto it it was slipping out of the bun. My Buffalo chicken wraphad a rip in the tortilla and the front of house attendant at the cash register/ counter said it happens a lot they won?t holdit together. I proceeded to eat it with a fork. Not pleased with that. The staff was friendly, bathrooms were clean. Definitelynot going there again. Read more
All the tables and chairs are clean. The floor is spotless and the people are very friendly. I can feel the heat coming from the... fries!!! ???? it was a little chilly in the Restaurant and the beef n cheddar wasn?t as hot as I would like it to be but overall it was great!
