Stopped by this evening to pick up a Doordash order and felt inclined to share the wonderful experience I had with the staff.... Didn?t get a name, but I believe he is the manager, and he completely made my night. Such a nice, fun, and friendly person and Icannot express how much I appreciate his energy. That is the kind of person anyone would want to work for and will keepcustomers returning to this specific location. Hopefully Arby?s will hold on to this person with all they got. Way too much bread that wasn?t super fresh on single sandwich. Potatoes cold, we had to wait quite a while because at noontime... they had no desserts ready. Instead of giving us food and bringing out dessert when done, we waited! Ice tea very weak. Manager very enthusiastic but very loud! I?ll leave Arbys off my list for quite awhile. Read more
Shame that the company spent so much money to renovate this location. I just walked in at 7:40 and stood in the lobby for 5 mins... without seeing another person in the store. No one greeted me or took my order and I ended up walking out and going somewhereelse. Might Want to reevaluate your staff. Read more
I was joking with the drive through guy. Some good back and forth. I pulled up and the manager told me that they wouldn't be... serving me because I was rude to her employees. I waited a solid 15 seconds for her to say sike. She kept avoiding eye contactso I just drove off. Guess the boys aren't allowed to have fun. Beyond that the food is inconsistently good. I'll probably beback because I enjoy the dog food that is Arby's and it's the most convenient location for me. Read more
The hours said they were to stay open, but they didn?t even have a sign up that said they were closed. Then after five minutes... in the drive-through and seeing the kids just smoking by the back door they said they were closed. We had to take our businesselsewhere, but it was very kind to see the owner respond back to me. I?m sure he will address the concerns of us will not becomean issue for anybody else. To me that was very honorable of him to reach out to me and for that reason I have changed my reviewback to five stars because that is put in the customer first even if the staff on hand didn?t. Good visit to the Arby's location on Powers. They were pretty busy but my order was still out quickly. I had a coupon for a... Family Meal and a meal it was, even had leftovers. ???? Restaurant was pretty clean, the employees were nice, and my order wascorrect!!! I will definitely visit this location again, and so should you!! It takes a lot to leave a 5 star review on a fast food restaurant. The place was clean and the staff genuinely seemed to be... happy to be there and take pride in service. I rarely say yes to upsetting, but the friendly offers of this is really good soldme. Great lunch experience! Read more
