Friendly staff and absolutely delicious dishes! It's a bit more expensive, so I would definitely throw it into a amazing date... night. This was a good time. We arrived during happy hour on a Saturday and dined on the patio. I can?t recommend their drink menu... enough. I had the strawberry basil cocktail and it was delicious! Then we ordered appetizers: Lobster Curry shots, Indian Streetfood, and Sushi Crab Cake Tacos. Everything was good. The Indian sampler was very tasty, the sushi taco was a texture treat, butGET THE LOBSTER SHOTS. They are small, but perfect. This is great spot for a brunch or a date. Highly recommend. Read more

If I could give Ambli 6 stars I would! We went to Ambli to celebrate my son's birthday. The food and the execution were... outstanding! I can't say enough about the level of attention the staff provided. This was a true dining experience. We had thechefs recommendations and my son added the wine pairing. Parah (?spelling) provided detailed explanations of each dish of eachcourse. We are all foodies so these explanations precipitated more discussion about the food and preparation which Parahgraciously welcomed. We will certainly add Ambli to the list of our go-to restaurants. The menu is inventive and eye-opening, the flavor and texture combinations are brilliant, I wish I could have tried every single... dish! The wait staff are incredibly eloquent and well informed on the food, which was very impressive and made me feel quitespecial as a diner. My husband and I have been here twice now. And both times it?s been delicious food, a great atmosphere and a very attentive wait... staff. I love the attention to detail in their plating. The flavor of food is top notch. The little things like cleaning yourtable in between new plates and replacing silverware when doing the tasting menu is extremely thoughtful and adds to theexperience. Can?t wait until the next time. I dont often post about dining experiences but this one truly impressed us. If you have not yet gone to Ambli Global than you... are missing out on one of the best dining experiences in COS. Emphasis on experience, these guys have it down. Being asked tochoose a country without seeing a menu and being taken on a culinary journey was so fun. The cocktails to match wereunbelievable. We craft culinary experiences for a living and I must say, the folks at Ambli are up there with the best thiscity has to offer. Do yourself a favor and splurge and make a reservation.
