We were served by a very rude lady who called us stupid and laughed at us for asking what type of container the gallon of root... beer came in and you have a very rude nasty attitude the whole time. Just like all the A&Ws in Colorado Springs you can't eat inside. Only 2 people working in the entire place. Food took forever... and had to go back through the drive thru because when they brought it out I didn't have my drinks. Got my drinks and there wasno ice. Read more
Third A&W restaurant i went to. Third lobby closed. I don't want to order online nor do i want to go through drive through. I... was hoping to have at least one colorado springs location have open doors with a lobby i could at least do take out from. Butalas no such luck. I decided to eat here because I haven't had A & W forever and I wanted to save a bit of time on supper. That wasn't the case... here. Took a bit of time to order, but I had to change my order because of time cooking one of the items I wanted. The drivethrough waitress informed me the chicken wouldn't be ready for 9-10 minutes so I decided to go with a burger, which the waitressdidn't say anything about wait time on this. I completed my order, drove to the window, paid for the order, and was informedthat it would take a bit to cook fresh burgers. I was ok with it because I figured fresh was ok and burgers shouldn't take long.I pulled up in the parking lot to wait...and wait...and wait. It was about 20 minutes before I got my food and it was definitelynot fresh. I had already paid so I couldn't do anything about that, but it was not great at all. The food was warm rather thanhot and the fries and rings were warm as well. This seemed to be a trend at the place because they didn't have anyone inside therestaurant, but there were other cars going through the drive through then sitting and waiting in the parking lot afterordering. There were six of us waiting before I got my food. The waitress was polite apologizing for not having this or that,but the service was pretty terrible. Read more
Ordered a chicken sandwich and they had my order ready as soon as I pulled up to window, that should of been the first red flag... , this place does not make there chicken fresh, the chicken was like shoe leather and extremely disappointing. Will not be back Read more
Long wait in drive thru (had to pull over to wait) cold food, and added an extra order to the bill. Told I ordered "fast" lol!
We got the wrong order but the General Manager was apologetic and was quick to correct it.
