Usually this 7-Eleven is quite gracious and welcoming where the evening sales attendants are exceptionally pleasant, until this... afternoon. During a shift change the attendant dressed in what appeared to be a manager's Polo shirt with 7-Eleven was manning aregister as another was preparing one. It was exceedingly busy with a half a dozen or more customers waiting to complete theirtransaction. Waiting in an inordinate time as the two shifted registers closing one without apologizing to waiting patrons sothe line had wait longer. My turn I wanted to simply purchase lottery tickets where in a gruff and unpolished and untrainedmanner the manager appearing person stated:You will have to come back in 15 minutes for that, (pointing to my lottery numbers).I asked why? Shift change he stated again in a gruff and disrespectful manner. I couldn't hold back and muttered "#@%& you guys"He stated yeah and don't come back, then taking more time away from customers came out and took my picture with his cell phoneand proceeded to take notes. The night shift be lazy. 3 to 4 employees inside but they ?closed?. This keeps happening.
This one 7-Eleven is independently owned and the workers in there are outstanding, friendly, Pleasant to talk to, helpful when... you're looking for something and have a good hot food, cold food there, good coffee, hot chocolate, sodas. There are homeless people everywhere there. There is crimes and theft all the time there. There is cops there due to homeless... people stealing there and harassing the employees. Plus I went there today and I was buying a water and I was approached by ahomeless women I'm just saying this women was saying do I do work for god I said yes the lady said make out with me she said Isaid no and she kept harassing me I just walked away but she was so rude to all the people there it was concerning. And themanager is very rude I remember this person who had Austim had a hard time using his card and the manger called him retardant Itold that manager off for how he treated a young man with Austim he is so rude he yells at all the customers when they are slowand it's wrong I don't recommend going to this store ever again on they way how management is there Read more
They friendly the place looks good nice and clean the only problem is that not all the seven eleven let you use your discount... for gas. If it say Conoco in the pump they won't take the 7 eleven app discount Read more
On a previous visit to the store I bought 6 Red Bull switch the cashier only single bag 6 Red Bulls into one bag I was riding my... skateboard that day and I rode home everything was fine until I pulled up to my house when the bottom of the bag fell out Ihadn't crashed scrape the bag nothing like that I got ready for work and then I skated back to the 7-Eleven because I was goingto get Red Bulls regardless of what happened I even asked the gentlemen if there could possibly be at another discount becauseof what happened and I explain to him the situation they told me there could be no additional discounts and that from now on acashier needs to double bag all items I stated I would never come back to the 7-Eleven again because it was not my fault thatthe bottom of the bag fell out it was the cashiers who single bagged the items I hadn't came back to the 7-Eleven for at leasttwo months and I actually gave it another try today that same cashier was working behind the counter again but was not mycashier this time unprovoked the gentleman asked if I needed my items double bag sarcastically and I told him no if anything youshould be paying for this since you are the one who single bagged my items last time the cashier that was cashing me out saidshe didn't want to hear any of it what she had nothing to do with the situation in the first place anyway so the gentlemanbrought it up I did not bring it up this is how they treat their customers with disrespect and they laugh in your face Read more
Staff has always been super friendly. Thank you! One helpful tip, 7-11, please take down the signs when a sale is finished. I... consistently try and buy something only to find out it is more money.
