Should really change your hours of operation on website and on building. Clearly states 24 hours however I went to use the ATM... when I got off work at 4:00am and was told they didn?t open until 5 am. Read more
I've never been here late at night, but I've been going here for over a year now during the daytime hours (usually stopping for... my lunch break as a truck driver) and the staff is excellent here. I stopped going to Maverick across the street to shop herejust because of the wonderful service. The gentleman who manages and takes care of the store is always nice, friendly, and hemakes sure to greet everyone who walks through the door. The store itself and the bathrooms are always clean. There's alwaysplenty of inventory in the store and the hot food items are never empty. Thank you and this team for being outstanding. Read more
I felt bad for older lady working by herself, 'babysitting' managers 6yr old kid running around, then some man got mad cause his... gas purchase timed out, and she needed to reset it. He came in during my transaction, yelling at her, I tried to defend her as Iwas leaving, and the man just kept yelling. There should ALWAYS be 2 people working at convenience stores! I went in on Sunday and the cashier was so rude! I was inconvenienceing her cause she could not wait to get off work. She was... acting all frantic and seemed annoyed that I was buying stuff at the store. I'll say right now if she is working I'll go to adifferent store. I can't believe the way she was acting. Rude staff. I went to buy gas inside, so I could get cash back. I went up to the register and asked the lady if it did cash back... for gas. She just said "enter your pin." The message on the machine popped up: enter your pin. I entered my pin and it just saidapproved. Nothing else came up. I told her "The option did not come up for cash back". She rudely replied, "It did, you justdidn't select the right thing." I know what I saw. I am a cashier at elsewhere and you never talk to a customer this way, evenif they are wrong. But the option did not come up. I wanted to tell her encase the machine was broken. I said, "No, the messagedidn't come up at all for cash back. There was no option." She said again "NO, YOU did it wrong. Buy something else and Illshow you" "I don't have extra money to buy something else. I just needed gas and cash back.", I told her, "Again, I am justtelling you the message did not appear. I know how to do it, I am a cashier elsewhere, I use these machines every day. Youshouldn't be telling customers they are wrong" I left to put gas in my car since I just paid, upset that I did not get cashback- I only went to this gas station because I thought you could, and by her responses at the register initially I thought Iwould get cash back, otherwise I would of went to a different gas station. She then followed me out to my car, saying "Oh youcan't get cash back with gas, you have to buy something else. It doesn't work with gas, you have to do two separatepurchases." She mumbled something about working there 6 years or something I couldn't really catch. I told her "You should oftold me that when I asked before I made the purchase." She did not apologize at all and only said "Well it didn't work becauseyou got gas, you cant get cash back with gas" Then she turned to go back inside. I pass by multiple gas stations on my way to work, but always choose to stop here because of the customer service. The manager... James is the friendliest man I have ever met. He uses change that people leave to donate to the homeless. He stands by someawesome morals and I love giving my business to him. I would recommend this location to anyone. Read more
It was useful, and close to where we were staying. We went at night on a Friday, and didn't take the kids in.
