All the good people left because of a couple employees they re-hired. While waiting in line one of these employees was yelling... about how she could do shift Change if customers would stop coming in. She is loud rude and obnoxious. Did not have a cheese pizza option. Was told by the worker there is not a cheese pizza option and never was. I have previously... had cheese from another 7-11. Decided to go to another 711 and they had the cheese pizza for me to purchase. Go to Astrozon andpowers for cheese pizza. Read more
No no no. The clerk stayed behind the counter until my handicapped wife was ready to pay. Then he left to go do paperwork when... ppl started to come in. Very disrespectful to my wife. They may get away with treating women like that in his country, but notours. Read more
The bald man is the rudest representative! I asked him for his name so I could call cooperate on him. He would not give it to me... and told me owned the store privately so cooperate could not be involved. All over him saying I could not pay a total of $3.19in change. I needed to roll my quarters and dimes so he could break the roll and pay. Makes no since. He always asked me where Iworked. I said none of your business. He said that's right because you don't have a job. This guy is an absolute tool with someserious anger issues. I wouldn't spend a dollar with this company again. The morning crew are rude. I come in every morning to buy energy drinks, soda and countless other items. This morning I was... accused by a bald man that works there if stealing deodorant. As soon as I had proven that I had not stolen anything; he refusedto apologize for accusing me of something I did not do. I work a full time job and have money in the bank. I do not steal andboth he and his morning partner humiliated me in front of an entire store and to add insult the accuser refused to apologize. Assoon as I had proven my innocence, he immediately went into the back. I got names of people that witnessed this and I am goingto speak to an attorney about slander and libel. That was ridiculous. I will never again give 7-11 my business. The two who workovernight into morning at this store are liars and harass good customers. I want an apology from both workers and from the GM. Read more
The food at this place looks terrible, like it?s been sitting on the rollers for 8 or more hours. They do not have the full... selection of hot items. They tried to charge my wife 2 more dollars for a drink she made than it should have been. The bathroomlooks like they clean it in the morning and then not again for the rest of the day. The condiments for roller items looks likethey never change them, their milks are almost always a week out of date not to mention I picked up a cinnamon roll and it hadMOLD GROWING ON IT. The staff is friendly but are always either smoking outside or talking to their non worker friends who hangout near counter in front of the atm. The manager never seems to be there this store is a disgrace if you need gas, food ordrinks go to the gas station across the street it is cheaper and cleaner. Read more
I?ve been living next door for almost a year and buying cigarettes EVERY single day at 711 until today, it?s the last drop .... Since the family has left this place turned into s*t Show. Today blond pale girl refused selling me cigarettes because shecouldn?t scan my driving license or my military ID. Few days ago same person was screaming at me and my husband that terminaldoesn?t work like it would be our fault and demanding cash if we wanted our products to be sold! We have other places to spendmoney. But the owner should think whom they are hiring. Never coming back there ! Read more
