I have nothing to say negative about this location. I live in the area and visit this 7/11 as well as my family multiple times... daily. It doesn't matter who is working or what time they are the best group of people ever! You feel like family when you goin, and not just a number. They learn what you get and remember it and have it ready when they see you. This store has reallymade a huge turn around and the gentlemen that works overnight that just had knew surgery is my favorite! So glad he's back. Youwill never see him not working, he Is always doing something and it shows his work ethics 100%. I love them all they areexcellent people and employees and the newest manager or assistant manager I believe really cares about the store and thecustomers. The employees you have now DONT CHANGE ANYTHING! We shop here because of them! Read more
I just stopped in for some mini tacos. I told him they need to be soft. All of the food he's cooking is burnt. My husband can't... eat hard food. Of course I had already paid for it before he cooked it. Read more

I just just left 711 on Shasta and it's was very shity service the worker didn't speak when I walked in and nor did she say... anything when leaving she ranged me once she handed me my receipt she just walked from register and said absolutely nothing tome I thought was very very rude of her I had good to day about her when she started but I kind of don't anymore. Employees are alright, a couple are great. Its overly irritating tht the premade and grill food is old! I waste my money trying... to snack on obvious stale, and old food. Are they just lazy? Or cheap? This needs to change, you will get someone sick. Get ittogether guys. Yes, this is a bad area, but why do they have to tolerate all the homeless and loiters hanging around for hours,right outside the door... Read more

On the night of June 26th 2016 between the timeframe of 5 and 5:30 p.m. the two clerks behind the counter working the night... shift we're rude and very inconsiderate to others as well as insulting the customers jumping to accusations of everyone cominginto that store from that location are associated to drug users, the male clerk referred to the customers as crackheads. The twocustomers before me confronted the clerk on his attitude. Said in a rude manner to the female customer as she was walking out Ihope you get hit by a bus once you leave my store. When asked for drink carriers the accusation of crackheads coming into hisstore stealing everything all the time was brought up. I personally feel that someone with that type of an attitude should nolonger be employed by a customer service orientated business. I have been in the customer service industry on multiple differentemployment and have never seen that kind of attitude or demeanor Allowed by any employee. Read more
