The man at the front (12/1/21 @ 9 PM) was EXTREMELY rude to my mother. First, he was in the back and ignored her as she waited... to check out for several minutes. Then, she asked if he would open the vape packages to insure they weren?t discolored (this hasbeen a common issue at 7/11 and with this brand). Other employees have had no issue doing this, but he refused. He told her shecould return them if they were wrong. Sure enough they were obviously discolored, but he refused to do the return for her. Hetold her to never return and was extremely rude and disrespectful. This isn?t the first time there?s been an odd encounter at7/11. Never expect much from 7/11 but this was terrible. Read more
