Actively calling the police to make a report against this sham of a gas station. Whatever you do DONT buy gift cards (or... anything else for that matter) from here. They straight up stole $80 from me. Took my cash for a gift card and improperly setupthe gift card. Spent 3 hours on the phone with EBay Customer Support to be told time and time again that 7/11 messed up theorder. When I went back to explain this, even had a note from EBay explaining what happened. The 7/11 manager wouldn?t honor itand just ran his mouth around in circles contradicting himself from what he said before. Straight up crooked. STAY AWAY! Read more
Old man cashier is rude if you don't speak Spanish. Will not help you get grill food. Will not let you put in your number for... rewards. Will yell at you and make a seen of you try and ask for hot food. Hands down the rudest staff at this location. Read more
The owners and staff are simply amazing people who are honestly kind, friendly and accommodating. The store is always extremely... clean and well stocked. I feel like a member of their family, each time Inenter the store! I frequent this store at least 5times a week. Read more
Since re-opening this 7-11 is trash. The cashiers mess up orders, and then say they can?t fix it. Don?t buy anything here. ... Today I was informed that with my cough drops and gas, I couldn?t get cash back because I bought gas. It would be nice if therewas a sign up. I am taking my business elsewhere. Read more
Bought a cup for the free refill last week, this week they refused to give me refill. They're severely lacking in the customer... service department. The clerk definitely didn't say anything about free coffee when you buy the cup. I paid for the coffee cupand a regular cup of extra large I got. They also didn't give me a receipt. So, stopping there on my way to work for coffee hasofficially ended. I don't recommend this 7-11 to anyone. Go to another one if you can. There isn't a sign that says open the cupin the store... I went to this 7/11 this morning to get some Red Bull?s for the day. The winter edition is my absolute faaaaavorite and when... seeing they didn?t have any, I was crushed! However, I could see behind the cans that they did have 4 cases on their backstocking shelf - just not where customers can get it! I asked the gentleman if they had any in the back? knowing full well theydid?. And he said they had none. When I went to pay for the other flavors I had to settle on?. I told this gentleman that I sawthe 4 cases of the Winter edition in the back, ?just so he knows? and he proceeded to argue with me that they ARE NOT the winterones. I saw them with my own eyes and it isn?t that I?m bitter I didn?t get the flavor I wanted?. It was the way this cashierhandled the situation by arguing with me. Unprofessional and actually rude. If there was another gas station on the way to thejob site I would?ve put my things back and went somewhere else. I go to this store quite often and I?ve never had a problem withany of the cashiers attitudes. Bummer. Read more
