Clerk working Wednesday at 5pm refused to let me use the restroom or bag items due to "covid". So apparently, in her brain,... touching something on a shelf doesn't transfer germs, but touching a bag does. I really hope someday she goes back to completeher kindergarten science class. I have been a good customer to these people. I have come back in with money when they've overpaid me, several times. I've... carried window cleaner fluid out to their pump buckets and filled them when they were empty, even though I'm not an employee. Ihave been kind, honest and friendly. Today I paid for $30 in fuel and some window washer fluid. I went out to my car and put thefluid in and then proceeded to try and pump my fuel. The system wouldn't let me, so I went inside and told the lady, who saidyou have to pump it in 2 minutes or it cancels. Who has ever heard of this?!? In any event I said 'okay, well I paid you and Ihave no fuel, so just turn the pump back on and I'll get my fuel.' She told me the bank has my money and I'll have to wait 12hours. I'm now out of fuel and out of $30. I will never step foot in this place again, and I recommend you don't either unlessyou enjoy dishonest customer "service." Read more
I bought some cold medicine here and upon leaving the store realized it did not contain the ingredient I wanted. I went back... into the store and tried to get a refund from the same clerk who just sold it to me with the box completely unopened and in thesame condition. She refused to give me a refund or let me speak with a manager. Simply stated that 711 does not do refunds orexchanges. I know this to be false because I have done it before. A store I've probably spent over $1000 at lost my businesspermanently over $6. What a terrible policy and way to treat a regular customer. Read more
Morning shift woman brhind the counter is extremely rude. I went in for a cup of coffee and while standing in line behind a very... clearly disabled man. She may as have come around the counter and pushed him out of the way to get to me. She seemed to be toobusy for customer service or to treat people like human beings. As i was basically rushed out the door as well. Keep in mindthis gentlemen and myself were the only ones in the store. So its not like she was slammed with customers backing up. Im notsure if this woman is an owner and thats why she chooses to be so ugly to people or if thats just how she treats people ingeneral. I wish i could give this woman zero stars for being a awful, miserable and extremely rude person. Read more
Went to this location bought two energy drinks and two slurpees later in the dat realized that the guy behind the counter... charged my debit card $25 over what my amount was. I went back to the store and asked the same guy why he did that he tried totell me he didn't know but knew how much to give me back without me telling him.
