This store lost my business today. Thats a real shame because it's right next to my work. The quality of this location has... plummeted since it turned to new ownership. And I honestly don't care what your policy is for tobacco products, the cost is toohigh these days for any place to sell damaged packs. As your employee pointed out "it's a high cost item", which is exactly whyyou should be guaranteeing the quality of your product BEFORE you put on the shelves for distribution. I was there just seeing what caught my eye. When I finally decided on a few things and proceeded to the check out counter, I was... greeted with such a warm smile I couldn't help but to admire the sales clerk. She was an absolute delight. I think her name wassusan or something similar. I was kind of a regular when I began to notice new faces, genuine people that actually care abouttheir job as well as others. I will definitely be stopping by more often. The store is getting cleaner every day. Keep up thegood work everyone and susan keep on doing what you do....being totally awesome at what you do!! Was here on 04/01/21 at around 1PM. The clerk proceeded to incennuate that I stole something. I had not. He asked me to turn out... my pockets and I did. I cannot believe the audacity of some people. Whatever happened here, it was wrong and it felt disgusting.This clerk should be terminated immediately. He was rude and disrespected me as a person and his behavior reflects terribly evenon a place like 7-Eleven. I am not sure if I was profiled because of traits that I possess or what happened there. Whatever thatwas, cannot happen again, and I'm sure it isn't 7-Eleven policy to allow their clerks to harass polite paying customers.
