I'm a frequent customer of the 7-11 on Murray and Platte, as I live a block away. I purchased a money order on Friday 2-10-17... for $485.00 & did not end up needing the money order. I attempted to take the complete MO with purchase receipt and get my moneyback. The Middle Eastern lady flat out refused to give me my money back after asking for my DL and taking a copy of it. Sayingshe can only give me back 75.00 cash back! The customer Service is unacceptable and she is rude and very unprofessional!! Read more
Live right down the road and love to go to this 711 because of the convenience (and that they have my favorite drink there).... Literally 5 mins ago I was in there and this employee/ white chick wearing a camo hoodie/ had the worst attitude ever. Not evenbothered to say hey to me when I walked up as she was too bothered and interested in her phone. When I said "I also need twolighters" is when she finally decided to look up from her phone and asked me "what did you want?" After that she asked what kindof lighters and I couldn't see them so I said "Bic preferably, but nothing cheap." She scoffed and goes "those are the cheaplighters so what do you want?" And I said anything at this point so she rolled her eyes and said "fine, I'm going to grab anylighter I want then." The audacity and lack of respect in this chick was astounding. I've always had decent customer servicebefore, but you really need to talk with her or move on to other talent. Read more
