Short black haired male employee. Working 430pm on dec 4 was rude and kept acting like he couldn't ring up my pizza because he... didn't want to make it then when i asked him to cook it a little longer because i have gotten raw pizza in the past he startedtelling me why he didn't have time and i will have to wait. Just extremely rude. Disrespectful for no reason. I canceled theorder and walked out. He kept acting like it wouldn't ring up and it said he was pushing the cancel button. Didn't pay. Willnever buy anything here ever. Extremely rude staff. It's hilarious there are multiple employee complaint reviews and the ownerresponds with a message "that doesn't sound right" LOL yes it does. All the 1 star reviewed make it sound exactly right. Ownerdoesn't care. Read more

This 7-Eleven used to be known as home for many years, but since they have hired a girl name Genesis, she has been very rude,... disrespectful inconsiderate, and I have made many customers feel as if we are inconveniencing her. Genesis never greetscustomers upon going into the store she rolls her eyes. She makes customers stand in the line long enough that another workerhas to help us if she does help me customer she is slamming our items around while rolling her eyes, and then never offers a bagfor us to put our belongings in. There are many customers who stay right around the corner for 7-Eleven or even across thestreet. It has been made easy access for us, but with her nasty attitude and customer abuse on shift each and every time forcescustomers to go to come and go and other 7-Elevens for our items that we need and it?s a shame to have to go so far when youstay just right across from the 7-Eleven. I don?t believe this is the line of work for Genesis with her not showing love careand being compassionate towards your customers this should not be the job or the place for her. She needs to be let go and ableto find another job elsewhere that she can miss treat people but not the 7-Eleven on Barnes because you have people this istheir home away from home, do you have every day customers that?s coming in three or four times a day that is loved and caredfor until she got hired there. It has become very miserable and uncomfortable. I don?t feel we should have to take our businessanywhere else because of a worker who doesn?t want to be there. Read more

Tom is a rude joke of a manager. He is lazy ans inefficient. I worked as a manager for 2 711 simultaneously and helped launch... the ordering system. Franchisees have to meet cycle count guidelines and maintain a high level of in stock items with nosubstitutions or else they lose this option. Tom just turns the equiptment off and if you call him on it he calls you rude andsays don't call again. Im trying to order food for my daughter and he is too busy doing god knows what to even cycle count hotfood items to help customers. This is not the type of business that needs customer support. I don't know who was working last night... I called seven times.. I have no car... Nobody answer the phone!! This was all... night!! I'm sick and I did not want to send my 18-year-old just to find out a question if they had something!! Horrible!! Now myson is mad at me cuz he walked in the snow!! Read more

Awesome staff! I was doing a doordash order last night but when I arrived they didn?t have the order prepared. The employees... were extremely nice though and let me have a drink for my patience. Excellent customer service skills Read more

Was pleasantly surprised by this location. It was clean inside and out. The night worker Craig was cordial and helped with... exchanging an item that seemed to have an issue without a hassle. I couldn't purchase certain foods because they were past theirtimes but that shows they pay attention to food safety. All in all the store is much improved from prior experiences. Read more

This 7-11 can be hit and miss. When the morning manager, Tammy is working, it is great - she is friendly and keeps on top of... everything and keeps the line going. Unfortunately whenever I have gone at other times of day the employees have all been rude;one even asking me to wait to check out because he was in the middle of a game on his phone. Read more

This location has employee problems. Yesterday, I tried to call and ask the worker if he could look and see if my son left a bag... there when we were purchasing beverages. He hung up on me! I called back ten times, and he would pick up the phone and hang upevery time. If you're busy, at least be polite and ask the person to hold!! We had walked to the store and not realized my sonleft the bag until we were almost home. Thankfully, It was still there when we drove back to the store. No thanks to theemployee though. Another day, I wanted to purchase two of the listed pizza and pop specials. The worker wouldn't sell them to mebecause he would have had to cook pizza. Not sure how you can sell any pizza without cooking it! It was around 4 pm, not themiddle of the night when no one else would buy. I think some customer service training is in order. Read more
