Saw one of the most uncivilized things in this store today. A worker named Kate/Katy had the worst costumer service I?ve ever... seen. Ignoring a black customer who just wanted a new cigar because his was messed up, though the employee continued to ignorehim and act like he didn?t even exist. It was absolutely disgusting and disappointing seeing a white woman completely andutterly ignoring a black male customer. I am absolutely disgusted by what happened in the store today and as a white womanmyself am disappointed and unsatisfied with the experience today. I will not be attending this store any time soon and I hope tosee an improvement and I hope that management is helpful in this situation. Read more
This 7 eleven has short changed me on more then one occasion.Today they sold me a printed "Powerball" ticket after claiming they... don't know how to print one...turns out they're selling old tickets. At first the managerous refused to refund or exchange theticket..this was until I brought legal aid.Its not about pennies in your pocket, it's about honesty, integrity and Customerservice. Read more

Love this place. They always remember what you need if your a regular. They always check on products for me if they don't have... it. No attitude, no issues. The only problem, which is the app developers issue, is the app for delivery. I was late and neededsomething. Says delivery. Thank God I called because the choices were terrible on it. This 7-11 has been the same for years. They barely change what their inventory is which can be a pro and a con sometimes. The... staff here are usually kind, but dont come on a weekday during school hours or else you will be caught in the high school nobackpack zone. The atm seems to always be broke too. Read more
The stations aren't regularly checked for tampering. I talked to different attendants repeatedly, who said they'd tell the... manager, but doubted he would do anything about it. I finally called the manager to express my concern, and he had a "so what"attitude. Also, they refused to honor their posted food prices. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Read more
Super rude cashiers every time I go in there witch is every other day. The guy today was by far the worst. Tall guy with dreads... riding his skateboard in the store and outside. And they always have loud rap music playing with cuss words when I come in withmy kid. Terrible employees, is there no management paying attention?? Read more
