The only plus is it was great to see a 711 that actually lets ppl use the bathroom, but the tall dude with a man bun needs a... refresher on what it means to work in customer service. Behind the counter on his phone, he seemed inconvenienced by my askingwhat a price was on an item (bc last I checked the shelves should have tags, which is a task that could easily be attended torather than being on your phone), and his demeanor towards customers could use some tweaking. No judgement if you dont enjoydoing the simplest of jobs, but really you could just stay home if you cant muster the effort to act human. ???? I go here almost everyday after work. Was asking a question about the hot foods and the "assistant manager" cuts me off and then... tells me he doesn't need the attitude while having a attitude at me for getting upset for him cutting me off. Terrible place, the attendant was rude aloud someone she new to skip the line infront of an elderly man and then myself when I... questioned it, she said I wouldn?t allow that, If the owner or Human Resource could watch how this attendant aloud this lady toskip this elderly man whom was waiting on his assigned wait here sticker but happy to allow a woman she seemed to know skip aline of 3 and she was happy to continue chatting well after her transaction was completed holding up the line even further forall of us to be part of there conversation hmmm Ok, If I where the owner I?d want to know so I could review the video, no needto trust my word please see for yourself and see the employee you have working for you,. Date and time I have referenced at theend, for owner to see with there own eyes if they care too. I?m was also surprised by the foul language that was not exchangedfrom my end but hers, WOW. Clean & well-organized store. The employees I've encountered are all polite. I love 7/11 for the fact that they have stuff no... one else seems to ever have (different energy drink flavors, candy for my kids, etc.). I intentionally drive out of my way tovisit this specific store instead of the one closest to me. Read more

I went into this location because I was in the area and needed to grab some water and red bull. I went in at 11:45a.m. and my... business was refused because the lady thought I was someone else . she cussed and yelled at me and told me to leave the store orshe is calling the cops . I have never bin to this location before ever. The way she treated me was distastefull and gross . noone should treat a customer like that . The cashier gave my husband a hard time when he went to pay for gas. She said, "it must be nice to afford gas." He said "excuse... me?" She then said something along the lines of he gets paid more because he's a man. My husband and I work very hard for whatwe have. I did a doordash order from this 7-11 and I received expired milk and then when I called to ask if I could come in to exchange... it the guy on the phone with me was extremely rude and said I had 20mins to come or I wouldn't be allowed because he wouldn'tnotify the next associate coming in and I said ok well is it possible that I could get a refund or something and he said that Iwould have to do that through doordash and I said ok and then said that he didn't think the milk was really expired because themilk expires on December 2nd and today was December 2nd and I said I dont know why you need to be so rude and unhelpful and hesaid if I was going to talk like that he would hang up the phone and I said is there someone else I could speak with that couldhelp me so I could come and get a different milk because I really needed the milk and then hung up on me.
