Carol was extremely rude. I politely asked for help unlocking the restroom while my husband pumped gas. She yelled NO at me and... walked away. While waiting for someone else to help me I watched her yell at the other employees who clearly did not want towork there and watched her make rude comments to other customers. Do not go here. Absolutely the worst gas station in Colorado Springs. I would not recommend going there at all everything is filthy and nasty... and they have no paper towels out by the gas pumps. Inside the store was disgusting too and long lines with very littleemployees. Just overall sad and gross. Why can?t you clean it up?? Read more

I had worked here for about 3 months. It was a terrible place to work! We had a sister location off of woodmen road, but the... main store was off of Astrozon and Powers. I had worked at the Woodmen store for WEEKS before the boss, Carol decided to bringme on for ?training? she called it. Because apparently I wasn?t fit to run the store by myself, even though my boss at the otherstore said I was doing great. I loved this job, until I started working directly with Carol, the boss. She made my lifemiserable. Scheduled me only 2 times a week with 2 hour shifts. Made me crawl on the floor to get the crumbs out of the cornersof the store. Was always very rude. I had asked her for more hours one week and she said yes, but then I had texted her onemorning stating that I needed to take the day off, and I would be back tomorrow because my grandpa died. She said over the phoneand I quote ?you either come in today to work, or you lose all your hours for this week. I cannot have this. You are unreliableI can?t call people in to cover your shift 2 hours before.? I was shocked. Then in the messages she said ?you know what? Goodkarma. Take the week off. No hard feelings.? Then on the day I was quitting she threw a fit because she had offered me morehours that day, so she was upset ?I just offered you more hours not even 5 minutes ago? oh yeah Carol well I needed those hourswhen my grandpa died, when my family needed some extra money because my dad was so upset he stayed home from work too. That?swhen I needed the hours. She had also put her hands on me at one point. She pinched the shirt material on my shoulder and pulledme to where she wanted me to stand. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and not just by one of the employees but the majority of them. I was staying at the... hotel right by the building and literally every experience there was negative. I was very kind and initiated most of theconversation and almost every employee was disgustingly rude with no customer service skill. They lucky they are at work causeif I was disrespected like that in a normal setting I'd mop the floor with each one of them. This place is the worst ran convince store I've ever been to. The place is always filthy, the shelves are disorganized and... products are out of place. The coffee usually doesn't have coffee past 5pm unless you want iced coffee. The half and half isALWAYS out, and when you tell the employees they think it's a funny joke and show you how you can milk the nipple of the halfand half to get it to flow sometimes. ???? Victor the shift lead thinks it's ok to not know his employees names, and doesn'tknow how to correct his underlings. An employee there with a big "Blessed" tattoo on his face thinks it's ok to cut infront ifcustomers and insult them while he's on the clock and off the clock.
