UPDATE 1 March 2022, After 20 years, this is the best crew of employees I have seen! I know, I just recently updated this... review, but, I have ... for this most recent review more employee, "shout outs," so, I will just get to it: First: Thomas, I hadlisted him in a previous review as one of the kindest, hardest working employees, but, because (Like a few others listed here,)I wasn't going in at times that he was working, I hadn't seen him in a great while, BUT: after not going in as often as I hadnot seen him for a while, I removed him, because I wasn't aware he was still an active employee, but, I eventually saw himagain! He is one of the few employees that I hadn't seen him, I removed him. So, First: Thomas, is a supervisor (I was told hewas a lead, supervisor, etc...and I have to say, that he is truly kind, generous with his kindness, with anyone (customers,)whom walks in the door! He is also, very professional, but, extremely personable, and ALWAYS goes way out of his way to helpme. 1). Amber: Amber is fairly "new," but, you would never know, as she works SO hard, is also: VERY Kind, helpful,accommodating, ... she is seriously one of the nicest, and helpful professionals I have had the pleasure of her assistance, andVERY sunny attitude/personality, that along with the fact that she ALWAYS ... no matter what she is working on (other than whenshe is checking out customers in line,) she ALWAYS inquires to how I am doing, and if there is anything she can help me with!She, in my humble opinion, is a FANTASTIC customer service rep, and truly appears to enjoy her work, her optimistic outlook, andher "sunny," personality, have really impressed me! Isaac, is very new, I cannot say much, as I don't know him that well, but,the few times I HAVE seen him, he too, is very hardworking and kind! My husband left his wallet there with $200 cash and credit cards in it and I heard a knock at my door and Julian the general... manager there was at my door with his wallet in her hand and every single dollar and every single credit card and his ID wasstill in the wallet!!!! I love this 7-11, The owner and manager are Awesome. I Drive from anywhere in the city because the mountain dew in their... fountain is always perfect. I once asked the manager to check the soda mix and the next day it was perfect again. She hadPepsi come down and check the mix and it was off. I love how great everyone here is. I always loved this 7-11 Ive been going every morning of the week for years, but I unfortunately have to stop coming here, at... least until the pandemic is over. They don?t require customers to wear makes nor does the staff. They ?wear them? but undertheir chin. The staff is nice but not safe so no place I want to be.
