Gas dispensers have not had receipt paper for over 6 months!!
They stole 30 dollars from me claiming that it would be put on my card bad service and intelligence
The woman was flirty and I didn't want her to touch me but she kept going. She was rude too.
The white claw and other seltzer beers are listed at $17.99 on the tag. They ring up at the register for $19.49. It has been... like that for over a month. I ask the associates to change it each time. They are all so very rude about it, call me a liar,walk back to the fridge to confirm I'm not lying and very angrily fix the charge. I want to give -5 stars. I literally bought a pair of headphones for 15 freaking dollars. And they didn't work SO The same day I... went to return them because THEY DONT WORK. And they told me there was nothing they could do not even exchange them. I come tothis 7 11 EVERYDAY for lunch and coffee. I will not be returning or spending money at this location EVER AGAIN. I was so impressed by the cashier I asked for his name. This store is lucky to have Kareem Foster! His positive attitude and... upbeat personality is what great customer service is all about. He also worked two registers at the same time and was veryspeedy and efficient. He should work in a position that pays tips; he would rake it in! Read more
customer service has been on the rise it appears as the cashiers were fast and very friendly. I noticed that the cashiers stop... whatever their doing to tend to customers and were pleasant to deal with.. The food was freshly cooked unlike some of the other 7-11's and the store is very clean and well stocked of 98% of the items they offer for sell. Read more
